Dora et son conjoint nous ont magnifiquement accueilli, beaucoup de conseils; des adresses de bons restaurants, ils se sont renseignés sur nos attentes et nous ont donnés plusieurs conseils à cet effet. L’appartement est vaste, lumineux, bien équipé et magnifiquement situé. Nous recommandons sans aucune restriction ce logement. Si je repasse par Matera; j’y relogerai!! Merci Robert et Carol

Appartement calme et très fonctionnel, accès facile en voiture pour les bagages puis parking gratuit à proximité; possibilité d'aller à pied visiter les sassi et le centre touristique de Matera. Très bien.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e cura. Completo di tutto anche di un comodo parcheggio. Centrale per una visita di Gravina a piedi. Host gentile e ospitale.

Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, byliśmy w 5 osób, w tym jedną para i dzięki temu że w salonie jest sofa, każdy spał w osobnym pomieszczeniu. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, 10 minut spacerem od centrum. Gospodarz przemiły, troskliwy, udostępnił nam swoje miejsce parkingowe na podwórku. Byliśmy tylko jedną więc nie korzystaliśmy z kuchni.

Super Appartment und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist grossartig um Matera zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist ein tolles Plus. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de vacances. Bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur les sassis et très bien situé, nous avons bien profité ! L’accueil était agréable et notre hôte très réactif.

This was a blissful stay. Petronela is a great person. She was more than kind and hospitable. The apartment is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. She even brought me a home cooked meal. The location is lovely. The streets, cafes, stores. The people around were happy and helpful. Even the temperature was just divine. The train stops close by. I recommend this place, for sure. For a real getaway. You deserve it.

This was a perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit Matera! We stayed 2 nights and it was about a 10-min walk to the historic center. Fortunately, parking was free and available right next to the place so we did not move the car the entire duration of the stay. There is a flight of stairs you have to go up, no elevator. However, it was only 1 flight and not bad at all. We met Sara, Lorenzo's sister, who was the coolest! Also, very kind and gave perfect instructions. There was plenty of room to move around and the bed was cozy. Another great thing is there is a pizza place right next door so it's very convenient after a long day of travel or site seeing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great accomodation on amazing location, very close to everything but calm and quiet. Apartment was perfect with everything you migh need. Alessandro was great host and provided us with local suggestions!

Logement fonctionnel, très propre, bien équipé, calme et tout à côté de la vieille ville . Le logement est spacieux et convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre personnes car la chambre est grande avec un grand lit et deux lits simples !

The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's house. Everything we needed was supplied, and more. Anita brought us fresh baked goods each morning, and there was an espresso machine, with pods for us to make our own coffees. The patio and garden were especially inviting each morning and evening, and we spent a lot of time sitting outside. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed.

Our stay was absolutley fanatastic. To stay in the old town of Matera was wonderful. Our party of 6, 3 couples, enjoyed the whole experience immensley. A wonderful touch was the breakfast basket each morning from the local bakery. Outstanding on all fronts.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

Ottima la posizione, e le indicazioni fornite dall'host. La casa era pulita e i servizi indicai erano effettivamente presenti.

Sono stati tre giorni meravigliosi : Matera un vero gioiellino da visitare assolutamente, ma la chicca è stato l’appartamento di Bruna. Vorrei sottolinearne l’estrema pulizia ( notata anche nei minimi particolari ), l’appartamento sembra nuovissimo per quanto è tenuto bene e l’enorme vasca spa con idromassaggio e cromoterapia una coccola unica. Ogni dettaglio è curato con estrema attenzione . Mi è capitato in passato che gli appartamenti selezionati potessero avere qualcosa di diverso dalla descrizione . Invece qui è stato tutto perfetto, al di sopra delle aspettative . Bruna ci ha fatto trovare addirittura acqua, caffè , dolcetti e quant’altro per due colazioni ( assolutamente non incluse) . Abbiamo dormito meglio che a casa su dei materassi e cuscini comodissimi . A chiunque mi chiederà qualcosa su Matera consiglierò di alloggiare in questo appartamento. Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, comodo e ben posizionato. Nel centro storico e vicino ai ristoranti. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host è sempre stato disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente!

This apartimento was spacious and beautifully decorated with furniture and art work. The access was central and easy and views from the windows and balcony were amazing. Wonderful experience.

Biagio was a great host to my parents for a stay in Matera as he was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was very clean and was situated in an excellent location in the old town of Matera. Highly recommended by my parents. Would love to stay again if our tat led take us back to Matera someday.

We had an amazing stay here! Such a beautiful and technologically advanced suite! We had a little difficulty finding it, but once we asked someone for help, they were able to point us in the right direction. The cleaning service was very nice during the day and gave us all fresh new towels. The host was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We were within walking distance to everything and had SO many good food options nearby. We would definitely recommend this suite!
