Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit in Agios Niklaos im Mai 2024. Wir lieben den kleinen Ort mit seinem schönen Platz und den netten Restaurants. Alles ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend für einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu zweit. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem neu renovieren Bad sowie einer großen, überdachten Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist für diese Umgebung und dafür, an die verschiedenen Strände zu kommen sehr empfehlenswert. Es kann direkt neben dem Haus auf einer freien Fläche geparkt werden. Die Zufahrt im Ort ist teilweise recht eng, weshalb ein kleinerer Mietwagen einfacherer zu handhaben ist.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Wer großen Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch. Rustikal und sehr gemütlich. Das Meer ist quasi vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und konnten ein paar Tage abschalten. Sehr zu empfehlen

The place was exactly as described, we felt like home and our dog loved the yard. If you want a relaxing and peaceful area this is the place for you. Savvas is an amazing host, he really invested a lot in the house and the garden, everything looked amazing and well kept. A few tips for the future guests: - you will need a car to move around - the beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot depeding how fast you walk - there are 2 restaurants close to the house which you can reach by foot (i totally recommend to eat at Captain) - there are also a few beach bars close to the house if you don’t want to explore more by car - there is no supermarket which you can reach by foot - if you go with your dog and walk around the area, be careful because there are some big stray dogs and i don’t know how friendly they are with other strange dogs :)

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt. Die Familie/ Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss ( mit separatem Eingang) und sind bei allen Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die beiden große Terrassen toll. Sowohl der Strand Alikes als auch das Dorf sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

very helpful host, responsive, the place is located very central, it was my 4th time in Neos Marmaras so I knew the surroundings however close to all amenities. The place itself is perfect for 1-2 persons. It has it all what is needed. I felt like I was at home. Thank you once again for the amazing stay Savvas.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, was im Preis enthalten war. Der Service war toll. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch toll.

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

10/10 the place is beautiful and so many activitys around especially if you have a car. We went swimming, boating. Fishing and on a toured cruise while we stayed here. Amazing place to be! Highly recomend. Also had a very special dinner by the sea! We will be back forsure.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες και ο κ. Ιωάννης και ο κ.Χρήστος μας κάνανε να νιώσουμε σαν οικογένεια εξυπηρετικοί,ασχολήθηκαν να μας στείλουν μέρη όμορφα να επισκεφτούμε να φάμε. Το μέρος φοβερό καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές,η πισίνα υπέροχη περάσαμε υπέροχα εντός του χώρου όσο και εκτός τέλος το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. 5*

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Olga ist eine freundliche, warmherzige Vermieterin. Sie hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und auf alle Anfragen schnell reagiert. Olga hat uns frische Eier und Brot geschenkt und uns herzlich verabschiedet

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

Nikos, sein Vater und seine Mutter waren sehr nett, freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft und bei Abfahrt hatten wir eine lokale, hausgemachte Spezialität der Mutter bekommen. Sehr lecker! Der Vater hat uns immer mal wieder Gemüse und Früchte aus dem riesigen Garten gegeben. Frische grüne, reife Feigen durften wir jederzeit von Baum pflücken. Die Unterkunft war super, so wie auf den Bildern und Film. Wir haben täglich draußen auf der Terrasse unter dem Olivenbaum gegessen, sofern wir nicht im Restaurant waren, und genossen die fabelhafte Aussicht über die Bucht/Strand/Insel und Meer. Der Weg zum Strand ging abwärts. Bei mir waren es 300 Schritte und dann noch mal 100 vom Rand des Besitzes rauf zur Terrasse. Da es nur etwa 10-12 Privathäuser entlang diesen Strandes auf gut 1 km gibt, ist er schön leer und man hat seine Ruhe. Temperaturen lagen mit 33-39 Grad C dieses Jahr wohl besonders hoch. Eine volle Empfehlung!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Athanasia's apartment. It had everything we needed and in a beautiful location. You could walk to the local beaches, supermarket, coffee shop and also down on the waterfront for dinner. She was very easy to communicate with and gave lots of local tips.

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist einfach, aber gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Sandstrand mit türkisblauem Meer, grenzt direkt an das Grundstück. Ioannis war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hier Urlaub machen!!
