Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sarıyer

Mieszkanie jest małe ale znakomicie umeblowane, jest tam wszystko. Przyjeżdzaliśmy do Stambułu własnym samochodem Ilkan oferuje miejsce na parkingu podziemnym co było super. Ponadto miejsce jest świetnie skomunikowane z wszystkimi atrakcjami, choć my pierwszego dnia do części doszliśmy na piechotę. Polecam każdemu. Katarzyna

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.☺️ Die große Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit bequemen Möbeln und einem großen Badezimmer. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul perfekt nutzen. Adam unser Gastgeber war sehr Verständnisvoll, bemüht und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal an der Reception war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße, Miri und Alex

Все понравилось, все как и было заявлено. Наличие подземной парковки для нас было более чем актуально. Рядом кофейни, пекарни....в выходные был базар). До площади Таксим недалеко пешком, но спуски и подьемы добавляют расстояние. Хозяин квартиры предоставил всю нужную информацию, поэтому добрались и заселились без проблем. И вообще постоянно интересовался все ли у нас в порядке и не нужно ли нам ещё чего...что не могло не порадовать

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

I stayed at the property with my 3 young boys and with my dear wife for about a week. We truly enjoyed it. Emre is a lovely and an experienced host. He is super responsive and embodies Turkish hospitality in what he does. He provided not only practical instructions but also made us feel home. It's not news that they house has beautiful view but also has all the appliances a family needs. Highly recommended.

Ich war eine Woche in Istanbul es hat alles gepasst wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war aufjedenfall viel besser als eine Hotel.

I stayed here during a business trip, and it was perfect for both productivity and relaxation. The apartment is quiet, has a great view, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and efficient stay. The building itself has top-tier amenities—a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool and sauna that made it easy to unwind after work. The location is also a huge plus: there’s a Starbucks and several excellent coffee spots within a one- to two-minute walk. A lot of restaurants are close by, and there’s even a supermarket essentially in the same building. You rarely have to go far to get anything done. The area feels very safe and high-end, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended.

Des hôtes très réactifs. Tout était parfait pour notre arrive un lit de bébé à disposition. Les hôtes nous répondaient très rapidement. Personnel de piscine très sympathiques. Je recommande. Si vous devez venir à Istanbul prenais ce logement sans hésitations. Parfait.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Eyo’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Eyo was also very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend!

السكن جميل وقريب جدا من محطة المترو والمضيف سريع التجاوب ويرد على الاستفسارات بسرعه ملاحظه ما اتوقع يناسب العوائل الخليجيه والباقي كل شي 👍

Ev son derece guzel ve genisti. Belirtilen butun imkanlar da mevcuttu. Yaz sezonu icin daha da elverisli olabilir tabi kis sezonunda ilk aksam biraz soguktu ama onu da Kerem bey ile iletisime gecerek buyuk oranda cozduk. Ev cok genis oldugu icin sadece kuzeye bakan odalar cok zor isiniyor ama cati kati ve giris kati cok cabuk isindi. Bahcesi gercekten cok huzur verici ev de genis aileler icin bile uygun son derece guzel
