Stephane and Carlos are great hosts, polite, helpful and we were very comfortable in the property, which has a good structure, has a kind of beautiful gazebo, orchard, with fresh vegetables, the condominium is beautiful and very safe. The stay at the Recanto dos Sonhos farm was excellent! The pool was very well maintained, it had a structure for cooking, with pots and utensils. The wood-burning stove is also a great differentiator. It has plenty of room to accommodate friends comfortably. The value of the stay is quite compatible with the quality. Another very positive point is the caretaker, Vanderlei. Of unparalleled friendliness and kindness, always willing to help and explain details of the house. Really a place to come back to again and again. The location is very good, less than 10 minutes from a 24-hour market.

The house of Bruna is a very special place. The trees, plants, infinite butterflies, gorgeous sunsets and diverse spaces, large such as the pool area and the barbecue site that has a wonderful table bring breadth to the place. The house is simple and would need some repairs, but there are many details that Bruna makes in the house that bring warmth and a special touch, it has a hollow of plants with ribbons, it has kept it in a basket and the high point is that even if you have an unforeseen or problem, Bruna is very, VERY quick to respond and find a solution. That's worth gold! The downstairs suite with an attached bedroom with a children's bed brings huge and very welcoming privacy. The other double bedroom has a door/ window that leads to the outside area of the house and brings luminosity. The animals are a affection aside, we already miss Bidu, our partner dog during the stay :) Thank you Bruna, it was great days, I'll be back!

Cozy apartment, no luxury but very comfortable! Well located, close to restaurants, pharmacy, market, bakery, very clean and safe condominium. I recommend it!

The stay was great! The place was extremely organized, clean and fragrant. All arranged with a lot of whim and zeal. I've had several experiences on Airbnb and this apartment was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bath towels are of good quality, the bed linen too, and everything was super well washed. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need. The furniture is new and beautiful. The building is very quiet and has a great location. My stepson had a lot of fun on the soccer field. We had a peaceful weekend of rest. Carolina and her husband were very friendly and attentive.

We really liked the apartment, spacious and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. We don't spend much time at home and don't use many of the things available, especially the balcony barbecue, which is spectacular. Good showers, bed and bath linens available. Best of all was the ease of check-in and checkout, it makes everything easier. We would certainly stay at Renan's apartment again.
