Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely be back another time! ✨♥️

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

The stay at Gabriel's house was perfect, the house is wonderful and accommodated me, my husband and our friend very well and, for sure, we will stay again.

Excellent location (in front of Augusta Park), super complete and safe condominium, super cozy room, very well-equipped kitchen, wall air conditioning, bathroom with heated water, wonderful appliances. Everything is very good. Improvement points: there was a wall peeling off the paint, but it didn't disrupt the experience. I think it would be interesting to provide some simple consumables, such as salt and sugar (I had to buy 1 kg of salt, I used less than 100g and the rest went to waste. It's not even about the value, it's about the waste). But none of that took away the shine of the place. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Well-located studio, building with good amenities such as access to St Marche through the parking lot, large and well-equipped gym and swimming pool. The studio has good sound insulation from street noise due to the sliding door. The host is super helpful.

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

The apartment is amazing, everything is clean and organized. Fast internet connection. An invigorating hot shower! In the building, there is a 24-hour grocery store! Close to shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, which also deliver via app! Building with security, easy access and very well located! The building staff are always attentive and helpful! I loved it and recommend it!
