Apartamento privado, de fácil acceso, seguro, con tadas las comodidades que se enuncian en la descripción. También está ubicado en un lugar muy agradable, demasiado tranquilo y desde el cuál puedes moverte con facilidad sin importar el lugar de la ciudad al que te dirigas.

This place is great! I stayed in a studio and it was well worth the price. The location is second to none! With great bars, food, grocery stores and more within a 5 minute walk you can get wherever you need to. The host were great with being responsive fast and in a timely manner. The breakfast included was also terrific. I will definitely be back!

Pasamos 2 semanas en el departamento de Godarz y fue la mejor decisión. El departamento es amplio, luminoso, estaba muy limpio, y tiene todo lo necesario como especias, equipo de cocina, muchos elementos de aseo (shampoo, jabón, emulsión corporal, hasta cepillos de dientes y dentífrico!). Los ambiente están muy bien decorados, hay plantas, almohadas, toallas y sábanas extra. El barrio es lo mejor, mucha vegetación, flores, es tranquilo y está cerca de avenidas con todo lo necesario pero a distancia como para dormir tranquilo y en silencio. El restaurante de la esquina es buenísimo y hay cafés, restaurantes, bares y supermercados cerca. Godarz nos recibió en persona, nos mostró el departamento y nos explicó todo para estar cómodos y aprovechar todo al máximo: máquina de café, lavarropas, secarropas, tostadora, sandwichera, horno, microondas, TV, sistema de sonido por bluetooth, wifi rápido. Además hay un balcón y una terraza con una vista increíble y con un nuevo sauna y parrilla.

As a frequent Airbnb user, Yannick has the best apartments in Medellín, and I'd say some of the best in the world. The apartments were better than they looked in the photos. The area is beautiful, completely residential, and equidistant from the best spots in the city. The staff working with Yannick (Camilo and Ivan) stood out for their level of professionalism and customer service. I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Uno de los lugares más lindos, tranquilos y agradables en los que hemos estado, Luis, el mayordomo siempre con buena actitud y muy servicial, Daniela, la anfitriona muy atenta a todos los detalles.

Es un lugar alucinante, hemos disfrutado todos los rincones de la finca. Las instalaciones superan las expectativas; la casa y las zonas comunes están en muy buen estado, todo con mucho orden e impecable. Cuenta con más de lo necesario y adicional es Pet friendly🐶. Gustavo y su esposa, los encargados son las personas más amables y atentas. ¡Volvería sin lugar a dudas. PD: Buen sitio para desconectar y respirar aire limpio.

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Another great stay at Steven's! All was good and he was very responsive when I needed something. I would only suggest providing drying racks for laundry and dishes. Highly recommended.

this place is a charming, compact but versatile space. 2 small well appointed bedrooms with powerful mini a/c units. a small but compmetely funtional shower bath. a half bath off the living/dining area. this place is at a great price for what it delivers. Andrew is a great host and quite responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible city and hope and pray this unit is available for my stay. Look no further. This place is the real deal.
