Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Marta

Un lugar increíble, todas las instalaciones del edificio muy bonitas, volvería a hospedarme aquí sin duda alguna

¡Nuestra estancia fue simplemente excelente! Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos.Limpio, cómodo, bien decorado y con todos los detalles pensados para que no faltara nada. Sin duda, quedamos encantados y lo recomendaríamos al 100%. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces! El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre atento.

El apartamento es hermoso , tiene una terraza que hace del lugar un espacio único y encantador , con una vista al mar divina, la decoración es muy acogedora, el lugar tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. Las instalaciones del edificio lindas y el hecho de estar al lado de el centro comercial lo torna todo muy fácil , supermercado y restaurante justo al lado . La playa a solo dos cuadras. Nos encantó y no vemos la hora de regresar.

Very nice place .michael and his people were very responsive to any issues. Could be a nuisance in the morning when construction begins by the building next door with noise but it cant be helped. I will be booking this place in future for sure.

Very cute, clean apartment surrounded by nature but a only 10 minute walk to town. It's well equipped for remote work with a desk and decent wifi, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary and Fer are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts and put a lot of care into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They had a bunch of great recommendations on stuff to do in town/ where to find things and shared a lot about the history of Minca with me. As someone who tries to travel responsibly and stay with locals, I felt good about staying with folks who have roots in the community and clearly care a lot about this little town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette maison qui offre des espaces pour chacun. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Minca. Les propriétaires et personnes qui s’en occupent sont très à l’écoute. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons été très heureux à Casa Olivia. Tout est neuf. Le lit fait 2 mètres de large. La salle de bain est superbe. La piscine est géniale avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Le quartier est calme et très sûr. Les jeunes enfants jouent dans la rue le soir. Il y a une personne qui fait le nettoyage extérieur tous les jours. Elle est très aimable. Luis vit à côté et est toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour de prochaines vacances.

La casa muy cómoda, habitaciones muy bien equipadas, cerca al terminal, Alberto muy atento de resolver inquietudes. Volveré a su casa cada vez que vaya a santamarta.

Espectacular casa, con espacios muy amplios, cerca de supermercados, droguerías y restaurantes. Excelente anfitrión! No podemos esperar para volver!

Amazing home & great hosts! The view alone was worth the price! We really enjoyed our stay. My first time on Santa Marta was amazing. I loved that everything is in walking distance. Be mindful of the heat. It got up to 95 degrees some days, but the terrace with the whirlpool definitely cooled us off. Also the beach is so close & tons of things to do. We took a boat tour which was cool & lovely. Lots of nice breezes since it’s near the water.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, limpio, cómodo, tal cual las fotos, muy acogedor, Maira y su esposo muy pendientes y atentos. Recomendado 100%. El lugar está dotado de todos. Volvería mil veces más.

I really enjoyed my four nights stay here at the Samaria Club. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and the host was excellent and always responsive to questions. I thought the value for the money paid was excellent. The pools and beach out front were wonderful.

Después de buscar mucho me quedé allí y lugar estaba realmente increíble muy buena vista súper agradable y cómodo el apartamento idea para ir con tu familia y Lili super amable. Volvería de nuevo sin pensarlo !

Todo súper agradable, el edificio es moderno y la habitación tiene muy buena vista. Hay algo de polvo por las construcciones aledañas pero no es algo muy molesto. Gran elección
