Very big penthouse apartment on the top 2 floors in Leme Bedje beach front condominium, just next to the windsurfing spot at Ion Club and Angulo surf centre. The apartment has a bedroom on the top floor with 2 single beds( which are usually put together). on the bottom floor there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the living area with two sofas, that are perfectly comfortable single beds and the balcony. The whole apartment is one big open loft space. There is an aircon in the bedroom.

Spacious lounge with newly fitted fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. 1 spacious bedroom with large double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds. In the lounge the sofa bed can accommodate 2 further people. Newly fitted bathroom with a shower. Relax on the balcony with a beautiful sea view for breakfast or a glass of wine. 3 min walk to the beautiful Antonio Sousa beach, 10 min walk to the pier, shops, bars and lively nightlife.

Leider befindet sich seitlich der Unterkunft eine akuelle Baustelle . Kostenfreies Wifi verfügbar. Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer sicheren Wohngegen. Ein Auto brauch man nicht um hier zu leben. Der Strand ist 50 Meter, die nächste Bar/Restaurant 80 Meter, 200 Meter Scooter- und Fahrradverleih, Minimarket 20 Meter, der Zentrum 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

The apartment is crossing and benefits from natural ventilation.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.
