Wonderful little hidden gem in Los Gatos. Has old town charm. Clean rooms. All wood/tile flooring so no dirty carpets. Very affordable given location and what you get. Walls are a bit thin (probably due to the age of the hotel) so neighbors can be kind of noisy even at just conversational tones. WiFi was great 90%of the time. Dropped once in a while but not enough to be a problem. Highly recommend if you are visiting anywhere close to the area. Would make an excellent base for exploring the area.

The staff was lovely and super helpful. Space was very clean and just the right size and comfort level—and comfy bed. Great location for easy access to freeway. Will stay again when I need to be back in the area.

Been booking this place for a couple of weeks now for some work in Sunnyvale and it’s great for staying for up to a week because of it’s kitchen. Space is also huge!

Location. If you came here for work, you might feel that it is very convenient. If you came here for a vacation then, have fun I guess. - grocery store - some hiking/parks - near many tech companies - restaurants( Indian restaurants nearby) Staff. Was amazing, really friendly and accommodating. Building - elevators - basic breakfast - Pool and heated pool - decent gym and laundry - plenty of parking above and below - rooms were spacious, move a chair and you'll really open up the room. I had a balcony with the street view and great sunsets. Clean shower, small kitchen area, and furniture. Wifi was decent. Once again my room was facing the street. So I could hear bikes, sirens, and loud honking ( no bother to me). However. - When requesting room cleaning. The cleaning team made the bed, gave fresh towels and took out the trash. But didn't vacuum the room. Room still felt clean. Overall I feel like it is overpriced. But it had everything I needed. Would stay again for an emergency.

We arrived really late into the night, so check in was understandably more difficult. The key card that was generated by the kiosk didn’t work so we had to wait for someone on site to wake up and help us in person. As described this is a motel with pretty great location. The rooms were clean. Host wasn’t responsive when I asked how to do late checkin.

They were very accommodating of late check in. Super nice staff and people. May have bedbugs

Beautiful hotel -- even nicer in person. Basic amenities covered and very nice area to stay. Friendly front desk staff and extremely clean rooms. Actual room was gorgeous and felt like a luxury stay for a very affordable price.

Super-cute motel in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood directly adjacent to a two and a half acre monarch butterfly sanctuary. The motel grounds are beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and filled with colorful flowers. The gas fireplace in the room was a real bonus! The female staff is very gracious and welcoming (with the exception of one extremely grumpy and unkind gentleman at the front desk). There is a lovely, large picnic area by the pool and jacuzzi. Sadly, the jacuzzi temperature is barely warm, which was a real disappointment to our party. Guests staying here definitely need a car, as there are no shopping or dining options within walking distance. Uber and Lyft ride share services are available, but not common. The snack and beverage vending machines were broken, but if you have a car there are grocery stores nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ☺️

A beautiful spot. Nice outside common area with a pool and trees and the ocean waves. It was so nice, I'd definitely go again.

I had a wonderful stay! Although there was a small hiccup with an overbooking, the hosts were incredibly proactive and had solutions ready right away. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I honestly ended up even more impressed than if everything had gone according to plan. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place

The stay was absolutely lovely! The cottage houses are so cute and we felt right at home. Wanted to stay a night longer, but unfortunately was completely booked out! Would def recommend again for a longer stay!

Overall a good place to stay and rest, lots of parking spots and the room was spacious and clean. Can't complain.

The Old St. Angela Inn is a beautiful, charming, and historic B&B in a stellar location, only a block away from the sea. There is a coastal path where it's an easy walk to Pacific Grove or to the downtown Monterey/Cannery Row area. Angela was an amazing host. I had to change my itinerary a couple of times due to work, and Angela was very kind and accommodating in helping with my arrangements. The food was fresh and delicious, and everyone at the inn was warm and inviting. My room was exquisite, with a view of the ocean and an electric fireplace, which I loved having on those chilly nights. This was my first time visiting Monterey, and staying at the Old St. Angela made the experience even more special. I had a wonderful time and would definitely book again. Thank you, Angela!

Nous avons passé un très bon bon séjour dans l'hôtel, les personnels étaient chaleureux et accueillants. La chambre était très confortable rt propre. Les autres clients étaient cependant très bruyants, tant autour de la piscine qu'en passant devant les chambres. Nous avons été réveillées à plusieurs reprises par d'autres clients discutant devant notre chambre en pleine nuit. L'hôtel étaient de très bonne qualité.
