Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Clara

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

We stayed here for a month, and it was a great experience overall! What really stood out was Michael’s kindness and attentiveness - he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He provided lots of essentials for our toddler and even replaced the shower head, which made a huge difference for our extended stay. He was always quick to respond, sent someone to fix things the same day, and restocked kitchen and bathroom essentials whenever needed. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was spotless - seriously, one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've stayed in! The kitchen is well-stocked, which was perfect since we cooked a lot. You do hear some noise from upstairs during the day, but they keep quiet at night, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Thanks again, Michael, for making our stay so comfortable!

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

Hanna quickly responded for our queries. The place was clean and felt like home. The instructions to get inside were very easy and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at Cynthia and Glens place for a 8 days and it was really great. They're very accommodating and have amazing instructions for every step of your stay. One aspect that was a bit unfortunate is just that dogs can't relive themselves in the backyard. It was a bit complicated taking both of my dogs across the street to go potty every morning and midday especially when the temperatures got really high and concerning to walk them. However, I do completely understand their reasoning as to why they'd rather not have dogs relieving themselves in their backyard. Other than that small aspect it was a really lovely home and awesome location. It is a shared unit so parking is shared and the communal areas are as well. Something else to keep in mind! Overall I had a great stay there in Campbell which was so close to downtown and many amazing restaurants.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place! It’s very modern, clean and spacious. Michelle is super responsive, accommodated our early check-in request, and reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend staying there!

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

Beautiful Airbnb! Very spacious, very comfortable for my husband and me. I often do not book airbnbs with a few reviews, but I decided to take a chance with this one. Rebecca's communication even before I decided to book - was quick, friendly & very communicative. That was a huge plus for me and I booked immediately. Many Pros * Clean & Spacious * Beautiful backyard! - Dog friendly too (we did not bring our dog but next time we might) * Quiet! I am a very light sleeper and I barely heard any noise at night * AC - I get hot easily so this was perfect * Washer/Dryer stocked with detergent * Have your own parking - there is street parking but may be busy at night but still manageable The only thing that I noticed but not a big deal for us - is the angle of the TV. So you will have to sit at a certain angle on some couches to see the TV clearly. But not a big deal since I was enjoying watching TV from the small dining table. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at this spacious Santa Clara home for an SCU graduation, and it was a great gathering spot for our family. The location is ideal—quiet and walkable to the university. The beds were very comfortable, the linens clean, and the home had a warm, welcoming feel. Communication from the host was excellent—we felt supported even though we were too busy to engage. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. We really enjoyed the home and James even supplied beach towels and a cooler for use to go to the beach. The outside patio was nice and quiet and we liked eating out there when we were at the house. For the most part we were comfortable however there was one mattress that my kids did not find comfortable. James was very responsive to this as he came over and helped us flip the mattress. My kids were able to sleep on it but it was not the most comfortable mattress. James is very responsive to taking care of you while you are at his house as he usually gets back to you very quickly. We really enjoyed our time there and we would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy. Everything I needed was available, and I felt right at home. I’d definitely come back and recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area

Had a great stay at Wesley's place! had a small issue with the front door lock but Wesley took care of it that day. would definitely stay again!

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

It was a wonderful experience that was greatly enjoyed! Person for most great hosts! Loft and location was amazing! Quick and easy access to restaurants, attractions and shopping centers! Looking forward to staying again soon!
