Precioso Loft tiene cama de matrimonio,un sofá cama muy cómodo, salón y cocina todo en el mismo espacio abierto. Baño cerrado y un pequeño patio privado. WIFI EXCELENTE. Todo nuevo,recién reformado. Está situado a 17 MINUTOS del castillo de Santa Barbara y17' CAMINANDO de la playa Postiguet. El barrio está rodeado de restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios, a 6 calles de un Gran centro comercial. Está muy bien comunicado con autobuses y Tram. Posibilidad de alquilar parking cercano y económico.

Ático con encanto a 30 metros de la playa del Postiguet en Alicante ciudad. Ideal 2 huéspedes. Peculiar decoración, baño privado, terraza exterior(con cocina acristalada) vistas al Mediterráneo, playa del Postiguet. Cama a 2m de altura (abuhardillado) y sofá cama que se puede preparar previo aviso. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de pescadores (Raval-Roig) y a 5 minutos de la ciudad. Casa original de los años veinte, conserva su encanto, pero con todas comodidades, es un tercero sin ascensor.

This is Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. I will pick you up from teh airport for free. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 160 sq.mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like.
