Die Skigebiete Kühtai, Seefeld und Hochötz sind mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Auch andere Skigebiete, das Ötztal, ein Golfplatz und die Area47 sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Inntalradweg. Mötz liegt ca. 35 km westlich von Innsbruck, mit dem Auto 25 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, mit dem Zug ist Innsbruck in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen.

Erlebe die einzigartige Bergwelt Tirols in dieser hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Nur 1,1 km von der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Kinderskilift und die beleuchtete Langlaufloipe in Gries im Sellrain. Der Gratis Skibus nach Kühtai fährt 250 m von der Unterkunft entfernt los. (15 Minuten Fahrtdauer). Eine geräumige Terrasse zum entspannen und eine moderne Infrarotheizung für ein tolles Raumklima, runden das Gesamtbild ab.

Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. die Wohnung war neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig trotz Lage mitten im Zentrum von Oberlängenfeld. Skibus, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. PKW Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr netter Empfang beim Check-In! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten traumhaftes Wanderwetter – und die Unterkunft war der ideale Ausgangspunkt: In nur 15 Minuten ist man in Imst, um mit der Gondel einen aussichtsreichen und alpinen Höhenweg zu erkunden. In 45 Minuten erreicht man den höchsten Wasserfall Tirols (Stuibenfall im Ötztal), und wer Abkühlung sucht, fährt in gut 50 Minuten zum Plansee und kann dort Schwimmen oder durch die Schlucht laufen (Stuibenfälle Treffpunkt Canyoning). Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger ein echtes Highlight – selten so gut ausgestattet bei Airbnb! Besonders toll: die Gästekarte, die Peter uns proaktiv organisiert hat (vielen Dank!), mit der man täglich kostenlos in Imst gondeln kann. Für Familien gibt’s einen kleinen Sandkasten, eine große Terrasse mit Feuerstelle und spektakulärem Ausblick. Hinweis: Die Terrasse wird mit den Nachbarn geteilt. Wir hatten großes Glück mit ihnen – dennoch wäre ein Sichtschutz angenehm, wenn man sich sonnt, während nebenan gekocht wird 😉
