Perfect for commuters, the Swiss border 5-10 minutes away by car. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is rurally located on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
