Absolutely stunning stay at The View! The ocean is literally at your doorstep — we fell asleep to the sound of waves and woke up to breathtaking sunrises. The space is spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Silver Sands is peaceful and picturesque, and the host made everything effortless. If you're looking for a serene, beachfront escape in Barbados, this is it. Our host was warm, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. From local tips to thoughtful touches throughout the property, the hospitality was top-notch. If you’re looking for a magical, oceanfront escape in Barbados, The View is it. My sister and I enjoyed our first visit to Barbados and staying at tucked away! The apartment is located really close to Rascals (Brandon beach) which is an amazing beach. The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed being able to cook at times. The grocery store is in walking distance (5mins walk). I really like how helpful and responsive Ian was. We will definitely stay here again. One thing to note that in the community they have kites flying all night. My sister was startled awake by the kites the first night. The kites didn’t bother me though. Definitely loved it.

We had such a great stay at Pierre’s place. Such a lovely place to stay. The place was super well organised and had everything you needed plus little extras that made the stay. Walking distance to a great beach. Lovely surroundings and even encounters with local wildlife. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Miles and Karen looked after us well. There were small issues (there always are) and they dealt with them promptly and with understanding. The area and the unit are charming. Private access to the beach below is a great benefit. It is just off a road that is busy during the day. Whilst there is traffic noise we did not find that disturbing and did not interfere with our sleep. We appreciated the sizeable fridge freezer, the cooker that worked and plentiful kitchen equipment. The nearest supermarket is Jordan’s within 100 meters, mostly for basics. Holetown has a Massy’s store which is much better. Bus ride 15 minutes. Also more restaurants there to choose from. There is the Carlton store in the other direction. More choice than at Jordan’s. Again, 15 mins by bus. Off the sandy beach in the water there are rocks you find underfoot. Miles has provided rubber socks to protect your feet just in case. Within minutes is the Bikini Beach Club and that is a great asset.

Nous avons passé 4nuits merveilleux avec mon compagnon,nous avons adoré la maison de Mona ,c’était un vrai cocon douillet pour nous. Lieu calme et à proximité de la capitale . les photos correspondent parfaitement à la maison même en mieux ,j’ai envie de dire . Mona à été une hôte avenante en vers nous et à su répondre à mes questions d’ailleurs je la remercie pour tout.

We had an absolutely wonderful Christmas in Barbados. Sally and Mark were amazing hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was so clean and the aircon in the bedroom was much needed! The grounds of Golden view are beautiful- so relaxing. The pool area was great too. Thank you Sally and Mark for being such great hosts

Zeema and Paul have been extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. They gave us so many recomendations and tips to help us have the best few days of holiday. They had a last minute cancellation in one of the better studios and they upgraded our room free of charge. Great hosts, would definetely recommend and would come back!

Dominic’s place is in a lovely quiet location around a 15 minute walk from Holetown beach. Although this is a fairly easy walk on the way to Holetown, the walk back is uphill so we found having a car helpful during the day time! (Would recommend anyone visiting to hire a car anyway to explore the island properly)…The apartment itself was really spacious and well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace and gardens are delightful. Dominic is a great, communicative host who is happy to help out with anything needed, and is full of up to date local recommendations. We really enjoyed our time at Manderley House!

Exactly as described- ideal location surpassed our expectations. Large grocery store and coffee shops within walking distance. Neighborhood was very nice and felt very safe coming home late at night. There were numerous locks/keys for every entrance. The pool was sparkling clean and having a cleaning maid service mid-week was a nice touch and unusual for an Airbnb. Best part of this stay was the use of the sunset crest pool club at the beach where you can order drinks/food at the restaurant and swim in the beautiful ocean. We used the pool club every day. Kitchen was well equipped- although we ate out every night with many local restaurants. AC is only in the bedrooms and worked great but the living areas got very hot and muggy / mosquitoes. The property itself definitely showing signs of age (pool lounge cushions getting a bit ratty/mold; some linens seemed old, various cracks in walls) however overall a great value and we would stay here again. Great WiFi too.

The list of amazing things I could say about Leah and Sherry and their beautiful home is endless. They treated us like family and helped us in unimaginable ways, from arranging transportation and tours, to recommending activities and restaurants. They even left us some surprise fruit to enjoy, which we greatly appreciated. (The mangos were the best we ever tasted!) Their home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Also, the location could not be beat. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bus stop are all within walking distance. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. Thank you Leah and Sherry for being the most accommodating, friendly and incredible hosts. My daughter and I feel truly blessed to have met you and hope to see you again ❤️

Our stay was absolutely lovely — it felt like a resort experience but with the added flexibility and autonomy that made it even more special. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. What really set it apart, though, was the host — truly exceptional! So warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and elevated escape.

The apartment is front apt in 8 min walk from rhe last bus stop in Speighstown. Beautiful beaches are 7-8 min away. And probably 10-12 min to the bars/restaurants/ grocery stores part of the town. Very functional kitchen, modern stove if you are into cooking on vacation:-)), all necessities to prepare meal. Spacious and functional furniture. Place is very quiet and the neighbour's are very nice and friendly always saying hello. Debbie is very accommodating, arranging earlier chckin in and flexible check out. We loved the apartment !

Absolutely loved staying in this very well appointed house. It had everything we could possibly need & was in walking distance of all the lovely restaurants in Holetown & the beach.

I had an amazing experience with Reydon as my host. From start to finish, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he graciously allow me to stay in his beautiful property, but he also went above and beyond by assisting us with booking excursions, cabs, a massage therapist, decorator, and chef. Throughout the trip, he made sure we were safe and comfortable every step of the way. One standout moment was when he paused what he was doing to bring us a speaker and juice — completely free of charge. His kindness and generosity made my 30th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Reydon’s hospitality exceeded all expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for his support and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a warm, caring, and attentive host!

Beautiful villa in beautiful Barbados! We had the most amazing stay. Spacious, clean and stunning interior, we really couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay. The beach is an easy 5 min walk, lots of places to eat also within walking distance too... everything was perfect! Thank you so much Lucy and John!

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

Great Apartment in the beautiful Sugar Hill Resort. Aparment was exactly as per the photos. Fully Equiped with extra towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, dishwasher/washing machine/dryer etc We love the location, albeit we always hire a car and i feel you need one staying here if you want to visit the beach and restaurants on a daily basis Would 100% recommend this Apartment. Special thanks to the Property Manager Kavell who was always messaging to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. Brillinant Stay on what is an amazing island

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

Karen’s place was absolutely perfect for me as a solo traveller. I was there for work but wanted to be close to everything (I had a car). The apartment itself is split level with a ladder / Stair up to the bed mezzanine. This gives you loads of space. With a really nice balcony overlooking the golf course. WiFi was super fast and the place is immaculate. If you’re into the more vibrant style of Barbados everywhere is reachable with a short walk and then a ride on the ZR’s from the main road. If you’re driving everything is within 20 mins max. Overall couldn’t ask for more and hope the place is free next time I’m back. Thanks so much!

I came for a wedding with my daughter, I'm not big on looks, it was clean and peaceful. Had a big open space for my daughter to run around outside. I felt safe and my daughter really liked it. Rory was helpful met me at the front door and explained everything about the place, he also gave me a tour around the neighborhood. It was my first time in Barbados and I will definitely be coming back to rebook with him

Shameika place was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious airbnb for two people. It felt very much at home and I would stay again. It was very close to the beach which was across the street and not too far from the airport and other surrounding places. I felt very much like a local there. The supermarket and other shops were a 10 minute walk from the airbnb. The people in Barbados were kind and the neighbors. I am happy to have found this spot. Shameika was kind and responsive when we needed things from her as well. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay! She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She even arranged a taxi for us at a great rate and allowed a late checkout. The home was stocked with 6 beach towels, beach toys, 1 snorkel mask, umbrella, 2 coolers, pool + arm floaties, making it great for kids. There is a very small charcoal grill however not sure where you would use it? The pool was peaceful, clean, + rarely used by others. A few notes: only bar soap provided + 2 rolls of toilet paper. No cooking oil or coffee grounds. Listing says 8 mins to beach, but it’s really 12 mins, 18 mins w/ small kids. One day, the water was off from 10am–8pm due to a main break (affecting whole area including hotels), but a neighbor shared some water to boil—so kind! Imart is nearby, though I got food poisoning from a pint of ice cream :( Heads-up: Bus is 3.50BDS, kids under 4 ride free on your lap, there’s a 10–12% service charge at some restaurants. Overall, Carol’s hospitality/place made our trip great!

Art studio is conveniently located so close to the beach. Beautiful gardens. Well looked after, cleaned and linen changed every couple if days, this wasn't expected. Every thing you need is there even beach chairs, books and games.
