River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

You will love the quiet of the farm and star filled nights The views from bed of the horses and hay fields invite you to adventure out. The lofted ceiling is open and airy while the dining/kitchen area on the lower level is cozy an intimate. The Rosalie has a private entrance, parking area and private deck.
