It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. This is my second time staying here and it was just as great this time around. It is a very nice and clean unit that is a quick drive to downtown and city beach. It is also an amazing home base for exploring the area. I have already booked a third stay and am looking forward to the visit. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a nice spot to stay in Sandpoint.

My wife and I stayed at Dan and Carol Ann’s beautiful “playhouse” for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We really loved the private feel and cute decor. Very spacious and clean. They really thought of every detail and went above and beyond with personal touches to make our anniversary special.

This cabin was perfect. Even better in real life than the pictures could show. It was distinct and very intentionally appointed. It was the perfect amount of seclusion while being an easy drive into town. My only disappointment was that I didn’t have the time for a longer stay! I would love to revisit this cabin in the winter.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

A serene bedroom is presented, featuring a spacious bed with soft linens. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private deck with outdoor seating, offering expansive views of Lake Pend Oreille and the surrounding landscape.

This was a 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay here again. The view was amazing, the condo extremely well equipped, and the amenities (pool, hottub, and fitness center) were perfect for our family of 5. It was very walkable to town and close to the community beach. Daugherty Management was super easy to communicate with and quickly responded. We loved Sandpoint and the lake. Highly recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed staying here. Amazing restaurants were walking distance and everything was clean in the condo. I would highly recommend booking.
