Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Sebastian

I had the most wonderful three days at Veronica’s. This is the perfect place if you want something quiet, peaceful, romantic, and removed from the city centre, then this is the place. There are no restaurants near the bungalow but there is a local Tienda (shop) where you can buy some items to cook. The walk down into the centre of town took me about 30 minutes. I recommend you take a taxi because the bungalow is located atop the surrounding hills/mountains that are above Cusco and it can be very steep hike for most of the journey up or down into town. Taxis are very affordable. I loved it here, I hope you do too! Veronica and her family that run the air bnb are so very helpful and kind. I had a fire every night in the fireplace. It’s simply wonderful.

Mi estadía fue de un poco más de un mes en casa de Ana, una hermosa casa muy familiar y sobretodo espaciosa para que mis 4 hijos puedan jugar y disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones … muy acogedora la casa y sobre todo tiene todo al alcance de la mano ( restaurantes, mercado, tiendas, etc ) Muy recomendable :)

Absolutely loved our stay! The views were stunning, the house was cozy and charming, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the historic center and right near Sacsayhuaman. The fireplace added such a warm, relaxing touch during the chilly Cusco nights. Highly recommend this peaceful spot for anyone visiting Cusco!

This is the most peaceful place we stayed in Peru. Dario’s place was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was nice to use. You can walk to town in 10-15 minutes. Dario responded quickly to our messages. If anyone in your party has problems with stairs, it could be difficult since the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is on the main floor. This was a comfortable place for our family of five to stay.

La maison est parfaite pour les groupes, elle est très propre, éclairée, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Nous avons été accueillis par Karen, elle est très gentille et réactive. La comunicación avec Mariella était fluide, elle nous a recommandé les services de taxi de Virgilio, qui propose également de services touristiques excellents. Notre séjour à la maison a été merveilleux.

Très belle maison dans un cadre incroyable! Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles, nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse et leur générosité. La maison est très agréable et faites avec bon goût. Nous vous recommandons vivement d'y séjourner.

Our host was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and reliable throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival stress-free. The location is excellent—just a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the vibrant Plaza Mayor de Cusco, allowing easy access to the city’s main attractions.

Todo bien, bonito y limpio con una de las mejores vistas de cusco, el único detalle es que no tiene ventilación el baño y a veces en la madrugada se escuchan ruidos del vecino de arriba, pero son pequeños detalles por lo que no bajo la calificación de 5 estrellas

Muy buena estadía tuvimos en el apto, tal cual la descripción, cumplía con todo lo informado y fue muy cómoda y placentera. El lugar se encontraba muy cerca a la plaza de armas y lugares turísticos, también siembre había había caliente, todo estuvo perfecto. Natalia siempre estuvo muy atenta a lo que necesitáramos.

Great place to stay on the edge of town. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We extended our stay here and we'd be happy to stay here again in the future.

O apartamento é ótimo, além de estar bem localizado na parte central de Cusco. Frank sempre respondeu com rapidez as dúvidas que surgiram durante a estadia. Uma ótima indicação para quem deseja conhecer o melhor de Cusco.

Rodolfo nos atendió de diez. Muy atento amable y servicial y sobretodo resolutivo. Además nos dio recomendaciones sobre el lugar y los sitios que íbamos a visitar posteriormente. Cabe destacar que tuvimos un percance con las maletas y nos resolvió bastante bien. Sobre el Apartamento muy céntrico a escasos metros de la Plaza de Armas. Muy cómodo y por un precio bastante asequible. Si estás pensando visitar el centro histórico de Cusco o ir a Machu Picchu es muy buena opción ya que el mismo bus hacia Ollantaytambo está muy cerca del alojamiento. El único aspecto negativo es que no tiene calefacción pero si estufas portátiles

Tout est parfait, très confortable, douche chaude, literie agréable, bien isolé, bien équipé, hall sécurisé avec quelqu'un en permanence, proche de tout même à pied (15min de la place principale). C'est simple, c'est la deuxième fois que je viens à Cusco, j'ai loué plusieurs Airbnb et c'est le plus confortable que j'ai connu.

Very responsive host. Excellent providing my request. I found the floors very slippery and asked for some rugs and she brought some brand new ones the next day. Very comfy bed and nice tv. My only complaint was the shower, it's very tricky to get the right pressure and tempurature. Be warned its on the northside of town at the very top. Everywhere you walk in town makes for a tough uphill walk back.

We had a wonderful time at the Green House Villas. The house is simply stunning, beautifully located and tastefully decorated. We loved spending time in the garden and watching the stars at night. Emma was a great and proactive host who greeted us with a welcome basket and provided great local recommendations. Although the house is located far from the city, we were surprised to find small stores, a cafe and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We traveled across the Sacred Valley using Fredy's taxi. The owner, Fredy introduced us to many amazing places from Pisac to Ollantaytambo during several private tours. He was always helpful, reliable and offered very reasonable rates, including the pick up and drop off in Cusco. If you love nature and a little bit of adventure, this is a truly perfect place to stay! Thank you Emma and Fredy. We will be back!

Place is amazing. They didn’t have another key for our cabin. Other than that it was very peaceful. The morning breakfast was stellar. The surrounding area was interesting.

We have stayed in many airbnbs around the world and very few made us feel as at home as this one. Gustavo the owner, Yuly the caretaker, and Isabel the chef all played their roles to perfection. It is a 30 minute walk to town downhill. Take a mobiletaxi back. The breakfast was well worth the extra charge. We also asked Isabel to make a traditional dinner for us. The grounds are amazing, bunnies running around and gigantic hummingbirds. Just wow. We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Where to even start … first, if this place is still available for the dates you want BOOK!! This property is like an enchanted secret garden and it’s as sprawling and diverse as it is magnificent and magical. You pretty much have to pinch yourself bc it’s almost unbelievable to enjoy such serene perfection at a price like this. It’s HUGE … everything about it kind of blows the mind from the gardens to the stone work to the different seating area and the the 360 views. Def stay a week! You won’t run out of things to do: we stayed 7 days and did horseback riding (go! It’s breathtaking) and massages one day, the San Pedro the next day (incredible shaman), Pisac one day, Machu Picchu one day, Chincero & Maras & Moray with 2 pm MIL seating , and ending w Rainbow Mountain. Every day was truly exceptional but it was the property that captivated throughout w the help of Gustavo (best host ever!), Sharme’s cooking (delicious!) and Lalo (soooo wonderful). We loved it. It’s a spiritual oasis!

Many thanks to Maria Jose, Gualberto, and Jesusa for creating such a warm and welcoming space. Beautiful home with a spacious yard and incredible mountain views, all in a quiet neighborhood that's only about a 15 minute walk from the Pisac Market and great restaurants. Perfect location for exploring the Pisac ruins, Sacred Valley, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Tipon, Sacsayhuaman, even Cusco, which is only about 45 minutes away. Special shout out to Gualberto and Jesusa for being so gracious and for keeping us stocked up on firewood and dried eucalyptus (Peruvian fire starter). Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave. Next time, we're staying for 2 weeks!

Beautiful private airbnb in the heart of the sacred valley, perfect for our annual girls trip! Host was very responsive and helped with organizing transportation to and from the airport as well as tours. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, the view alone is worth it!

Hermosa casa en un condominio lleno de plantas y flores hermosas. La casa es acogedora, muy bien decorada y con camas súper cómodas. La ayuda de Yanet en la casa fue extraordinaria y nos ayudaba a organizar y comprar las comidas. Lo único que tendría en cuenta es que la casa queda a 15 minutos en taxi del centro de Urubamba.
