Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Phi Suea

The decoration of the house is really lovely and cozy, and the house is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were good too. The host was friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants, cafes and sightseeing places. The house was being cleaned and tidied up every day. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Thanwalai is very hospitable. Her house is exquisite, luxurious and clean. Like a five-star hotel, she also prepares a lot of fruits and food. I believe anyone can spend a pleasant holiday in her house. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet life，There are many big trees in the center of the community. The air is very good. The guards ensure your safety. Food and daily necessities can be bought outside the community gate。 For some reason, I cancelled the order and forgive each other with Thanwalai, She is a good landlord and the house is excellence. Recommended choice.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

非常推荐在清迈旅游期间租这套房。整栋房子非常大，室内空间很大。每个卧室都配有洗手间。房东还准备了很多零食，饮料和做饭要用到的东西。小区周边有好几所国际学校，幼儿园，当地不错的餐厅！夫妇两人非常热情好客，会给很多建议。特别适合一大家子出游居住以及想就近了解国际学校的家庭。虽然离古城有些距离，但是用Grab还是很方便的，交通费用也不高。总之，特别推荐！

The place is very beautiful snd so peaceful. I am in love with the colonial architecture style. Everything is classy ,thoughtfully put together. I love how the host pay attention in detail ,like the different level of pillows firmness. I am so picky with pillows and I am so pleased with the fact that the host totally understand it. There are many activities around the area such as traditional costume rental or join Tie-Dye fabric workshop with Cotton farm, definitely stay at this place again.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft auch für länger. Der Pool war sauber und auch das Gelände ordentlich. Überdachte Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück und Grab liefert das Essen bis dahin. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und etwas abgelegener Aufenthalt. Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Great, clean, spacious and bright serviced apartment in a prime location in Nimman. The host was very responsive and the place was as described. The apartment is actually in a hotel so check-in was very flexible and professional. Also the room was cleaned everyday by hotel staff which is quite rare for AirBnBs. Breakfast is included so that was a pleasant bonus. This is a corner room so it's very bright. It faces the back so it's quite private and away from the main street. It also has a nice balcony. It has a little basic kitchenette, the bathroom and shower are very spacious and there's good closet space. It's in a very convenient location in Nimman, within short walking distance of convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and malls. It is worth noting that the airport is not very far, which is convenient but that also means frequent airplanes flying right above during the day - but that's the case for most of the Nimman neighborhood. I would stay again here. Highly recommended.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

A lovely little place in a great location.

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in den Glory Suites! Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem, was man in Chiang Mai erleben möchte. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

Thank you so much for hosting us! We enjoyed the little house on the mountain so much. The view was priceless and the hosts were so welcoming. The breakfast provided was so delicious and convenient since you are in a pretty remote area about 1 hour from Chiang Mai city center. It’s a nice place to get away and also explore the local spots in Pong Yaeng at the bottom of the mountain! There is a motorbike for rent or you can ask the hosts to call local taxis as we were having trouble using Grab. Overall beautiful and unique place to stay.
