Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pedro de Macorís Province

El apartamento es súper acogedor, muy bien equipado, todo funciona a la perfección, lo único que supera al mismo apartamento son las atenciones de Indhira, quien nos dio un seguimiento cercano en todo momento. La zona de Playa Nueva Romana es segura, preciosa y con cercanía a la playa, pizzería, restaurante, mini market, canchas de tenis, soccer, campo de golf, etc. Es mejor usar un vehículo para trasladarse dentro del complejo que es majestuosamente grande y hermoso. Todas de las amenidades antes mencionadas se encuentran a menos de 5 minutos de distancia en carro o 20 minutos a pie. Definitivamente recomendamos este apartamento y de seguro volveríamos. Gracias de nuevo a Indhira por sus atenciones.

Estuve ne temporada baja. La fantástica piscina y playa estaban super limpias y sin gente. Fue un placer desconectar el fin de semana ahí. La casa es amplia, luminosa, limpia y tiene unas vistas alar increíbles. Si quieres desconectar y buscas paz, sol, piscina, mar y un comodo apartamento. Este es el sitio. Ah! Wifi en casa y en la piscina de alta velocidad que funciona super bien.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y moderno, el acceso a la playa está excelente y bastante limpia, sin duda la mejor playa del Este de Santo Domingo. La piscina bastante amplia y limpia, Super mercado y farmacia frente al edificio, buenos lugares de comida típica a los alrededores y la gente muy amable. 100% Recomendable, La atención de Edwin y su primo Adonis 10 de 10

En verdad quedé enamorada del lugar, mi estadía fue mejor de lo k imaginaba, me lo disfruté al máximo. Definitivamente volveré a ese lugar tan hermoso y agradable. El apartamento estaba impecable con una vista al mar en verdad era como un sueño, restaurante cercas y muy tranquilo todo. Y la anfitriona ni se diga siempre k le preguntaba algo respondía al instante y muy atenta en verdad muy profesional…100% lo recomiendo

I treated my dad to this Airbnb stay in Juan Dolio, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location is perfect—just steps from a quiet, beautiful beach with soft sand and warm water. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with an ocean view was a highlight. My dad loved it. The host was responsive and helpful. The secure building, fast Wi-Fi, and good air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. Juan Dolio is such a peaceful escape with just the right touch of local charm. I highly recommend staying here.

Mi estadía en la casa de Julio fue excelente. La casa estaba impecable, muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitaba para sentirme cómoda y tranquila. Todo está en excelente estado, y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Me encantó la privacidad y tranquilidad del lugar. Todo fue excelente durante nuestra estadia, super relajador, la vista desde el piso 14 eran espectaculares, el area social super limpia y con una piscina que no deja nada que desear. A menos de 3 minutos caminando tienes acceso a la playa y a varios restaurantes, 10 de 10!!

Comfortable and clean apartment with everything that you will need in the kitchen, beautiful open living room with great views to the ocean

The host was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. I didn't like the request to send copies of my US IDs for the security team at the gate to verify my identity. I do not believe it would be safe for anyone to do that. Therefore, I recommend simply notifying security that a guest is coming and that they must present an ID to enter the building. I refused to send my ID. Besides that, the place was quiet, pleasant, and private, perfect for what I went there for. Thank you for hosting me!
