Andi was an excellent host. Clear and objective communication, always available! In addition, the house is exactly as shown in the photos… Huge grounds, two super clean bathrooms, kitchen with utensils, the rooms were extremely fragrant, with clean bed and bath linens, and Andi even left some cookies for our check in! We love it and for sure if we ever have the opportunity we will return 💖🙏🏽

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

We LOVED staying at Tony’s place! Incredibly clean, color coded, well designed and just beautiful. The place is also located on a very nice location, close to a nice supermarket and some restaurants walking distance. The gym was super good, we were happy to use the laundry room and all facilities are very well designed and preserved. Thank you Tony!

We had a few beautiful days with the family in Aguyje. Really a beautiful place to enjoy, with the comforts and spaces to share. We would definitely return.

Unbeatable experience. The house offers all kinds of amenities and is very well equipped. It has a beautiful patio with a pool and a huge garden. Too bad we only had one night to enjoy it. We would definitely stay again.

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had.
