If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Daniel y su familia fue muy amable con nosotros, ate dieron siempre rápido a cualquier consulta. El departamento es genial y cómodo, me encantó que tiene servicio directo de gas y era cómodo para cocinar y bañarse ya que el calentador del agua es a gas también. Tener una lavadora secadora es un excelente plus del departamento. Recomendado al 1000%

es un departamento sumamente grande. Está acondicionado para recibir hasta 5 personas. tiene 2 baños y uno de ellos tiene una bonita tina. es un poquito antiguo. pero los acabados que han colocado para modernizar están muy bien. La zona está un poco lejos de todo, pero a dos o 4 cuadras está dos avenidas importantes de transporte publico

El alojamiento de Araceli estaba tal cual las fotos que se mostraban en la publicación, muy cómodo y agradable. El sector en las mañanas es algo ruidoso por el paso de los carros, pero nada grave... El sitio se encuentra cerca a Miraflores y es muy fácil tener acceso a diferentes sitios turísticos. En nuestro caso teníamos que guardar las maletas hasta que pudiéramos recogerlas en la noche para ir al aeropuerto, ella nos permitió poder coordinar con una persona del conjunto para que no las cuidara mientras tanto.. Sin duda alguna volvería a este apartamento, por sus comodidades y su vista...

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

El departamento de María es muy lindo, Cómodo y muy bien ubicado. La recepción es muy fácil y todos son muy amables. El departamento es perfecto para una estadía de un par de días en Lima

Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, lo que facilitó mucho mis desplazamientos y me permitió disfrutar de la ciudad sin inconvenientes. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo indispensable para una estadía corta, está bien equipado y ofrece un ambiente cómodo y agradable. Además, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue fluida y amable, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún mejor. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un lugar práctico y bien ubicado.

Ich habe mich in diesem Duplex Apartment wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit Abstand der ruhigste Ort, den ich bisher in Lima erlebt habe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem: sie hat eine Heizung. Gerade in Lima ist das ein großer Pluspunkt, den man nicht unterschätzen sollte. Der Check In lief über die Rezeption im Haus. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage an einer grünen Allee, ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.
