This is def a great spot. Very comfortable for solo/couple trips. I had such a nice time there. Def will be back.

We spent some amazing days in Carmen's apartment!!! On the beachfront with all the amenities possible . The beautiful black village, we are in love ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you Carmen for being always available for us to need it.

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular ocean views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We had a great time, both in the area and in the apartment. The area where it is located is what we liked the most, next to the beach and the bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has all the amenities: large fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher... Ana's service was outstanding, she was attentive at all times. He greeted us and explained everything about the apartment. He also gave us recommendations for the area, both for beaches and restaurants. When we get back, we'll repeat for sure

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need, and the terrace overlooking the sea is worth mentioning. Very well located, close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. Mar, the host, was very helpful at all times, if we come back we'll stay again!

The service with Carlos was unbeatable, always attentive, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will stay with him again!

We enjoyed Felipe's well positioned property very much. The high quality furnishings, bed linen, excellent and spacious power showers make a comfortable and spacious holiday home. We also appreciated the excellent communication with Felipe and his mother Lourdes (who lives below) who was ready to help with any questions. Parking the car is also very easy. Felipe provided very useful tips for beaches, restaurants and places to visit which we also enjoyed. As a 60+ and 70+ couple we did not have a problem at all with the short hill to the property - the sea and Carboneras views made it worthwhile. We recommend Felipe's apartment.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

The communication with the host was quick and easy. Instructions were very accurate and easy to follow. The flat is very confortable and beautiful. We had a very nice stay. It was like being at home. The kitchen was big and it had all utilities to cook anything. It was also value for money. We would definitely stay again if we return.

The two of us stayed in Rafael's apartment in Cabo de Gata for a week. It was still before the main season, so not all shops had opened yet. But that didn't bother us, we enjoyed having the beach almost to ourselves. In the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to take excellent care of ourselves. Rafael gave us tips for the area and made us feel very comfortable. The sunset on the balcony overlooking the beach, sea and mountains with a delicious drink in hand is pure relaxation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We loved the place!!. Very comfortable, clean, easy access both by car and on foot (the village of Isleta is very small). Lourdes very attentive, she took care of all the details, even left us fresh drinks in the fridge. Highly recommended for a family vacation. We would definitely come back.

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

Extremely neat and beautiful apartment. We had a great time. Beautiful views and nice beach. Nice beach walk made and with the mountain bike it was also fantastic cycling here. Beautiful nature park nearby, Cabo de Gate. Recommended to take a walk there. In short, we had a wonderful time!

Everything is perfect, the apartment has stunning views and you have everything you need to spend a few days on the beach. We arrived quite late due to a transportation incident and Manuel made it very easy for us.

The apartment is very well maintained and is as shown in the photos. In 2 seconds you're on the beach, so I consider it a prime location. Isabel is charming, helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful and welcomes you with some nice touches, such as coffee capsules, a bottle of water and some beer. I wouldn't hesitate to come back☺️
