Apartment vacation rentals in San Diego, Puente de Vallecas

Pya was a fantastic host, who was very friendly and communicative. The flat is not huge, but it has everything one person could need, including a washing machine, which was very nice. The bed is a loft bed, with a very low ceiling, so you have to be a bit careful of bumping your head, but it's quite comfortable, and I slept very well. The neighborhood is great if you want to stay somewhere non-touristy but lively, and it's quite easy to reach the center.

Great location and really helpful host.

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Thanks again for the warm welcome, Franco! We were perfectly welcomed. We arrived late and Franco still welcomed us very warmly. The apartment is really great, the bedroom is great and the private bathroom is very clean. Thanks again for being flexible:)

Very quiet and peaceful area right in the plaza. Everything was very clean and the air conditioning saved the day. Would love to stay again!

The apartment was really beautiful and comfortable, with all that someone may need in it, even the box for the first aid. We moved very easily at all hours, thanks to the position near the metro stop “Nueva Numancia”, on the line 1, the same of the most important places of Madrid.

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location can't be better, in the middle of the city but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk to the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and also very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

We had a beautiful stay in Madrid, thanks to the apartment and Andres' service, who was very kind, he even went to look for me when I arrived near the accommodation because I was lost and he was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable in every way, meters from the Sol, which allowed us to get around Madrid easily. I would definitely rent it again on my next trip to Madrid. Thank you very much Andres!!!

Highly recommended. Beatriz let me check in hours before (I did it at 9am), gave me super clear instructions to get to the place and to use everything inside the AIRBNB; recommendations for eating. In addition, the place is super close to a subway station (3 minutes walk), which takes you to the center of Madrid in a very short time. If I ever return to Madrid, I will definitely stay with Beatriz again.

Carlos's place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for 1-2 guests max. If its 2 people and you both have huge bags/luggage storage may be in issue but the space is laid out incredibly well. It was super clean and he provided welcome snacks and drinks that were all free which was a really nice touch. He was a really awesome host as well. Very responsive, provided great recommendations and even assisted with travel instructions/directions. The apartment is in the middle of everything. you can walk 5 minutes and pass about 6 different restaurants and bars in either direction. A really great stay all around . Thank you Carlos!

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

This is an unbelievable apartment in a brilliant neighbourhood. The balcony is amazing with a great view of Casa de Campo, sunsets and the swifts flying between the buildings. It’s a little expensive, but it’s well worth it

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
