Centrally located to Sam Rayburn's Cassels Boykin boat ramp and facilities (1/2 mile) and also access to the Angelina National Forest hiking trails right from the backyard. Beautifully furnished home with a full kitchen that has everything you need for meal preparation. Plenty of free parking that will accommodate at least 3 full sized trucks and boats. Two decks out back to enjoy the firepit and weber grill with firewood and charcoal provided. 5 camera security covering parking & yard. WIFI

With plenty of parking for multiple trucks and boats and comfortable beds to get a good nights sleep before a long day of fishing. brand new memory foam mattress, lamps with charging ports and a tv. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with a few extras. *5.6 miles from Cassels-Boykin boat ramp*26 miles from Umphrey Boat ramp We are not pet friendly due to our son’s allergies.
