Un vrai coup de cœur ! Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’emplacement est top, pratique pour tout. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le rooftop, un vrai petit paradis avec une vue magnifique ! Et surtout, un grand merci à l’hôte, super réactif et attentionné. Une belle expérience, que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

I really enjoyed my time here. The room was cozy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great during the hot days. The people around were super friendly, and the host team was amazing—very helpful and welcoming. I stayed for a month and received several kind invitations to join local tours and events. The host was very proactive and always shared great suggestions on what to do in the area. The location is also special—right in the peaceful temple area, next to one of Bangkok’s canals. I’m really happy I chose this place!

I loved KK’s Airbnb listing. Walkable to delicious restaurants and rooftop bars, amazing pool, quiet, and she was very communicative. I forgot my kindle there and she went above and helped me get it back before my flight. If ever in Bangkok again, I would definitely stay there!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

Place was as described. It had an amazing beautiful view place was super spacious, cozy and clean. Well definitely rebook again.

The property is located just a few steps away from the station, and we had all our needs such as groceries, mini markets around the place. They also provide unlimited drinking water for the guests which was very helpful for us. The property owner is very responsive, which made us feel comfortable when we asked anything related to the accommodation. They also have a light cleaning service including taking out the trash, making the bed, and cleaning the floor, which was very helpful as we were traveling with 7 people including a baby, as well as provided us with baby toys and built a small tent inside the house for playing. The property itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed including bathrobes, iron, clothesline, washing machine, and dryer. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future!

Nym was amazing and so attentive! She even had the TV replaced while we were there because it wasn't working! Front room is noisy due to being right on the road but still an amazing location with great a/c and coffee shop on courner and 7/11 and laundry within walking distance.

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

The host, Narudorn is really helpful when we request some things and they reply fast. The house is really lovely, we had so much fun times staying there. The check in and check out process were also very smooth and manageable. We did not feel stressful at all living here. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!

Tout était parfait si d'aventure nous revenons à Bangkok c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reprendrons le même logement ! les équipements de cette tour incroyablement grande sont tout simplement surréaliste ainsi que la vue les piscines enfin la propreté était impeccable à tous les niveaux et les instructions envoyé en amont pour trouver le logement était très clair merci encore !
