We really like Coco Townhouse. It was our first time trying a townhouse instead of a condo. The first step into the living room was very spacious because the ceiling was high. All bedrooms were spacious and had all the amenities to stay. Everyone could stay together and the kitchen was big. We cooked and went to buy things at 7-11 just in front of the alley. There was also Lotus for buying things to cook. The kitchen was very big. When we didn't feel like cooking, we could walk to the seafood and Thai food market just a minute away. The location was great. There was parking and it was only five minutes to On Nut BTS station. It took only ten minutes to travel to Sukhumvit in the city center. The place was clean and comfortable. JJ, the owner, was very quick to answer our questions and she also prepared a lot of towels, tissues, and bathroom supplies for the whole family to use. The location was safe. Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. nice stay, safe and quiet

We had an amazing time staying at Leena’s unit! From the moment we booked, she was super responsive and helpful in guiding us to the place. The unit itself was spotless, uniquely designed, and made for a really memorable stay. One of the real highlights was the on-site staff, who were incredibly kind and quick to help. Anytime we needed assistance, someone was there within minutes, which made us feel truly looked after. Being right on the river was such a treat. We took a walk along the banks, met some lovely locals (who even gifted us fresh mangoes!), and ended up on an unforgettable river trip courtesy of one of the nearby shop owner’s brother’s taxi boat. It was one of the best parts of our trip! Though the location is a bit further from the BTS, it’s easily accessible via Grab, and the On Nut area is definitely on the rise. As a bonus, the unit was fully stocked with water and coffee, which was a lifesaver since we arrived late and didn’t have time to run out for supplies.

This is a really comfortable property. I spent a few days here as part of my first time traveling to Bangkok and I was not disappointed. It's important to note that this location is at least 45 mins to an hour outside of the city of Bangkok, but with apps like "Grab" it is not difficult (or expensive) to get travel back and forth, or groceries or takeout food delivered. You are in an urban neighborhood though, so if you are someone who's self-conscious of living among the locals - honestly this may not be for you. But in my experience as the only black American in the neighborhood, the locals were extremely nice and those that spoke english even helped me find things like ATM's in the area when I was walking and needed cash. Host was very communicative and helped whenever I needed it. Wi-Fi was also quick. All in all a great stay and somewhere I would definitely consider booking again, considering the price and matching of the photos to the listing. THANKS EID!!

A very clean place with all amenities as listed, perfect for a family/ big group of friends to stay at. Super close to the airport (Suvarnabhumi) Awesome price for a fantastic place. Hassle free to get into the house via electrical door lock.

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

Ice is amazing host, my room have some problem but she immediately change the room for me. She very fast spond any message. The room was very clean and tidy. Next time if i come back to bangkok will not forgot to stay in this place again.

Tom is an exceptional host! The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. Tom’s communication was excellent throughout, and he went above and beyond to help me retrieve items I had forgotten even days after I checked out. His kindness and attention to detail truly made this stay stand out. I highly recommend booking with Tom if you get the chance!

We had a comfortable 2 week stay at Gunyaparts home. The home is a quick Grab ride away from the Mega Bangna Mall. We went there daily to eat, shop, watch a movie and even bowled a game as we wanted to stay closer to the airport to wrap up paperwork for our dogs travel. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is very quiet, well secured with 24/7 security guards. The best part was having access to swim laps in the the very clean and well maintained pool everyday. Gunyanpart was very communicative and helpful for anything I needed highly recommended stay!

Great place for family to stay peacefully

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

Very friendly and helpful host. Is the place the best value for money in Bangkok? Probably not. However I would definitely recommend it for a shorter stay. The location is decent and the desk in the house was very useful since I like to work from home.

My wife and I loved it. A good place, the only thing that bothered me was the lack of cutlery, otherwise everything is fine. Your place is worth it!

Definitely worth the price. The neighborhood is safe with great options for food with the markets available within a 5 min walk. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The room is very spacious. WiFi was good . Was able to do a couple of zoom calls. couple times a lag but nothing that causes frustration. Able to stream Netflix without an issue. Overall for the total cost it was great.
