Claudio og hans nydelige hund Mario tok oss vel imot. Neste morgen mottok vi økologiske selvdyrkede tomater og sitroner. Alltid vennlig og hjelpsom. Både Claudio og lille Mario har en varm, humoristisk og rolig fremtoning. Hagen hans er nydelig og velstelt og vårt område lå passe skjermet. Ikke langt fra huset er det en strand der en kan leie solsenger og en strandrestaurant som serverer mat og drikke. Det var akkurat passe mange mennesker der og de fleste var italienere. Anbefales!😎

A truly 5 star airbnb! Location is perfect, a beautiful view of the marina and right next to the beach and sea. The balcony is great for eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, shower really good, and the place was very clean. The AC was very good and very needed in the heat. Wifi was good, we didn’t use the TV so cannot comment. The host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain everything. Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Ho sempre sognato di poter abitare in riva al mare e il sogno è diventato realtà....Le indicazioni stradali sono perfette,i proprietari super disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e come gestire i rifiuti , dove poter andare a mangiare e fare la spesa. La casa è una bomboniera, per una coppia è perfetta,pulita e profumata , biancheria ottima,cucina abitabile e fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lavatrice compresa nel bagno. Aria condizionata,in poco tempo si rinfresca tutto, prese USB in tutti gli ambienti, utilissimo se dimentichi il caricabatterie del telefono, sensore di presenza gas. In giardino abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gazebo per colazioni e cene al tramonto,se vuoi prendere il sole senza muoverti di casa, in giardino ci sono delle comode poltroncine, doccia e ombrellone. Il giardino è molto carino e curato, è un piacere stare seduti ad ascoltare il mare.Parcheggio auto riservato e accessibile dalla casa, pannelli solari per l'acqua calda. VOTO 10

Really enjoyable stay. Excellent communication on check-in. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom which looked onto the road was quite noisy until 1am on Saturday night. Friday and Saturday were fine. Other than that the apartment was beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and was well located for exploring Ortigia.

Giovanni e Alessia sono due host perfetti. cordiali e discreti. la casa era come da descrizione, comodissima alla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, ampia e ristrutturata da poco, con due ampi terrazzi.assolutamente consigliata, fornita dell'essenziale e con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Alessandro. Gerade mit kleinem Kind gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten wie einen Pool, eine große Wiese zum Spielen und besonders das Baumhaus! Die Nähe zum Meer zu Fuß ist schön (wenige Minuten bis zu einem kleinen Einstieg an einem Steinstrand, ein Sandstrand zum Liegen ist besser mit dem Auto erreichbar). Alessandro hat uns bei Fragen geholfen und war gut erreichbar!

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

Debora è stata davvero gentilissima in tutto e per tutto, sin dall’inizio con tanta pazienza ad aspettarci nella casa dandoci poi delle istruzioni molte chiare oltre che essersi presa un attimo per scambiare due chiacchiere (molto amichevole devo dire). L’appartamento è bellissimo e completo, dal vivo rende ancora meglio che in foto, sono pienamente soddisfatto.. sicuramente torneremo in un futuro:)

Roberto och hans son Erik var helt fantastiska. Vi bodde i Villa Bismarkia som var rent och prydligt. Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns och de gemensamma ytorna var så välskötta och fina. Rekommenderar start detta boende!

Tiziana met us on arrival, showed us all the facilities, gave us advice on places to visit and her recommendations were spot on and helpful. Overall, everything was great except for the large number of ants, but that is normal for this region.

The apartment was clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The check-in was easy. Marco is a very friendly and helpful host, the comunication was great. He sent us lots of useful information and recommendations. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to Ortigia and also the train station is only 10-15 minute walk away. All the sights were within walking distance. The only negative thing was the noise at night. Unfortunately there is no sliding door between the dining area and the bedroom to muffle the noise. We could hear all the cars and motorbikes passing by, but with earplugs it wasn`t a problem. Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay.

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

Fantastic place - we loved our time here! Right in the middle of the marketplace, beautiful views of Ortigia and right next door to a bustling scene- fab restaurants all within a 5 minute walk! The accommodation itself is very well kitted out, with fantastic amenities and Fabrizio was brilliant - allowing us a very flexible checkin experience which was much appreciated! Lovely clean accommodation, lovely balconies to sit out and enjoy a few drinks, and well situated- can’t recommend enough!

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

Una bellissima oasi di pace nella natura, a due passi dalla riserva naturale e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Nel piccolo appartamento c’è tutto quello che serve, anche per cucinare. L’appartamento si trova alla fine di una strada sterrata e per raggiungere località nella regione è necessario avere un’auto. Serafina è stata un’ospite disponibile, ci ha aiutati a trovare ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e dato indicazioni molto utili per esplorare la regione della riserva naturale e la regione di Noto.

Alice, Santi und ihre Tochter sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants, aber trotzdem unaufdringlich und respektvoll, was deine Privatsphäre angeht. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war problemlos möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Dazu viele Extras , wie Getränke zur Begrüßung, Gewürze, Öl und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück, und die Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen haben wir zum Frühstück und Abendessen sehr genossen. Außerdem hat sie eine perfekte Lage. In Laufentfernung ist der wunderschöne Arenella Beach, und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Catania etc. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch den absolut lieben und ruhigen Hund Pit und ein paar süße, aber scheue Katzen.

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!
