Villa vacation rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

The coordinates are not the same as the actual location place. The accommodation has 4 beds 3.5 feet, 2 more sofas bed and 2 more mattresses. There is 1 bathroom but the water flows quite slowly. On the first floor, there is a wood stove heater that needs to be refilled every half hour. So the first floor It may not be suitable for sleeping in the winter. It is far from the city. There are no convenience stores nearby. However, the view of the accommodation area is very beautiful and private.

It is the best condition and quality of a cabin that has stayed all the way from Kazbek mountain to Mestia.Rarely the cabin also has A/C, the rooms etc are all very cozy, but the bathing water can be quick and not hot.

We really loved Lasha's place and the hospitality of his brother Irakli who was available for anything we needed. We felt truly at home and our kids were sad to leave. You need a car if you want to move around, which we did, and explored so many wonderful places in Imereti a lot of which Irakli suggested to us and even accompanied us to. The house is in a small village and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. If you want to be away from the noise and heat of the city, it is a perfect place. We would come back without thinking twice!

Great accommodation and great hospitality! Levani helped us with everything and we got a pleasant introduction in Georgian wine, chacha, design and the surrounding area. 100% recommended!

Giorgi and Izabela’s place is lovely. Comfortable, spacious, well-located a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Worked very well for a larger group. Highly recommend!
