The whole living room is a large French window facing the town of Mestia and the snow-capped mountains. You can see the panoramic view of the village in the house, and the scenery is definitely better than living in the town! The landlord is warm and thoughtful. We decided to book Airbnb at the last minute, and the landlord responded immediately within 10 minutes. Thanks to her warm reception, we spent three happy days in Mestia. There is a parking space in the yard. The house is on the second floor and the landlord lives on the first floor. It is very quiet and suitable for family travel.

Lovely apartment with great location. The house was clean, all amenities were present, there is a Smart TV. The hostess was welcoming and friendly, check-in and check-out went without any problems. There is a shop within walking distance, the center is within walking distance, the neighborhood is nice and quiet

We spent 3 nights at Irine’s place and loved it. It’s exactly as described/pictured and surrounded by a sweet little garden. The terrace is a perfect additional space to enjoy time away from the city. Just 5 mins walk from Colchis Fountain. Irine’s lovely mum lives next door. She greeted us with big smiles when we arrived. We chatted via Google translate and also meet Irine’s husband who was also very friendly and chatty (in English). The place is perfect. Comfy bed, good shower, clean, quiet, well equipped and well located. Stay here!

A gorgeous drive in breathtaking scenery, then a bowl of hot soup and fresh bread waiting for us in a beautiful, clean and perfectly updated home with incredible charm and love. Tamta was the most amazing host with perfect communication and an eye for design and hospitality. Tamta and Emma made all of our meals, lit fires for us and welcomed us with local specialities like cucumber and tomato salad with walnuts, homemade cheese, tkemali, and mchadi. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and warm and there was plenty of light and hot water. There are several breathtaking walks from the house-we love animals and enjoyed seeing the pigs, boars, cows, and friendly local dogs. I wish we had reserved a week. There was so much to do for families that love the outdoors, history, and reading by the fire. We went home with our bags full of quinces, local honey and incredible memories of Georgia! Thank you, Tamta for giving us such a gift!

Great place for a few nights... Everything is homey... The main thing is that there are no steps to get into the accommodation, which is convenient with luggage!! Recommended

Very nice place near the city center of Kutaisi. We felt a family atmosphere in this neighborhood. The host is very kind and helpful. He allowed us for check-in at 5:00am in the morning.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly and completely at home. The house itself is beautiful—clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Oto is a helpful host—friendly, and always available for anything we needed. The location was ideal too: close to Kutaisi’s main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area that allowed us to enjoy both the city and the serenity of nature. We recommend this place for sure! If you’re visiting Kutaisi, you can most certainly stay at Oto’s!

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is central, central, central. Everything in the center is within easy walking distance. The apartment has a nice patio with a swinging chair which is nice to sit on when the weather is nice (which it was for me). The kitchen is also outside which also works well when the weather is nice. (Note that the outdoor area is covered, so rain wouldn't be a problem.) The room itself was nice and clean. The A/C worked, as did the hot water. The main thing I didn't like was that there is a drain in the middle of the small bathroom that almost always has a little water pooled in it onto the floor. It's a small area that doesn't exceed the size of the drain itself by much, but it's kind of a pain to step around it to get to the toilet or use the sink. Given that it was a nice clean room in the center of the city with a nice outdoor seating area, I feel it was a good value, and I'd stay here again.

Great apartment, great host. Etiko's very nice, her instructions for finding and entering the place were perfect (she included pictures). It's on a quiet street very near the Colchis Fountain and you can basically walk everywhere you would need to go in the area. The apartment was perfect for me, had everything that I needed. I highly recommend. A+

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Not only was the flat lovely with good air conditioning, but the location was right in the middle of Kutaisi, minutes walk from all the sights. And Reza was an excellent host, any time we needed anything he was very responsive and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Staying here was great! Lela was always responsive when I was checking in and when I needed anything. She even let me check in a couple of hours early. I would definitely stay here again!

Where do I even start? Mate is probably one of the best, if not the best, host I have dealt with. He is very kind, attentive, patient and understanding. Now the place itself is great value for money, especially for one person (and even for up to 2 people I'd say as well), such a huge amount of space, separate kitchen, bedroom and living quarter. It has a desk, a nice bed, a nicely stocked kitchen with practically everything you need. Decent internet speeds and hot water available all day too. The area is really nice too, so peaceful, easy to get to around by Bolt taxi. Lots of useful stores nearby for groceries, medicine, etc. all within walking distance. All in all, do not hesitate to book this lovely place in Kutaisi, it is worth it in every single way. 10/10, 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
