The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, we live on the opposite end in the living room. It includes: 1 toilet with shower, a kitchen with stove/oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with small freezer. The kitchen has all the services you need. 1 bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and hanger bar. Living room with TV, 2 armchairs and sofa (which is also a sofa bed). Kitchen, dining area, living room and "hallway" are all in one. In the living room there is a TV with DVD and cromecaster, of course you also get access to the fibia network.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Find tranquility in the "Managers' home" on the farm Frederiks-Eg. From this unique 2 level home, you'll have direct access to private park, lake, and forest. The country property dates from 1847 and in a classic style, and the "Manager home" has been continuously renovated, no later than 2022. We are next door to the Friluftsbadet with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work from home on a daily basis and are excited to welcome you on our family farm and to a good experience in scenic surroundings in South Zealand.

On our four-length farm, we offer a family stay with a focus on animals, good food, and tranquility. We have free-range chickens, pigs, dwarf goats, rabbits with young, cats and dogs. Everyone wants to be spoken to. We also run a farm shop with home brewed beer, bread and eggs. Possibility of purchasing breakfast - 75 kr per adult 50 for children. Opportunity to purchase pizza evening, where we light up the stone oven and serve sourdough pizzas. Please let us know the day in advance.

Enjoy the view of lake and meadows, scouting for sea eagles, glents, and many other birds of prey. If you are on a primitive holiday, you can just rent the cabin or caravan.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and cozy home. The cottage is in great condition, close to the beach, cafe, bakery, etc. Even though it's close to everything, it's calm and quiet. There is a wooden terrace around the house, with several options for sun/shade. The house has a double bedroom. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen has all the essentials you need. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided. Hemsen is private. Dog is not to be brought.

Lots of history and beautiful nature.
