We love this place. Claudia was an amazing host. And Mr Vladimir was super helpful. It is a very confortable apartment, great location close to a park to walk. There is a very good pizza restaurant across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We just love it. Looking forward to stay there in our next trip to Barranquilla .

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The guard was very kind to take us to the door of the apartment because there are quite a few identical towers. It has its own parking lot, and entering the apartment was very simple with the instructions given by the host. The balcony is comfortable and cool. The area is quiet, with a store next door that delivers to your home, there is a fast food restaurant and hairdresser nearby, and there is also a shopping center nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommended.

We have been in the apartment for two months during our vacation in Colombia. Quiet place in residential neighborhood where you can rest. You will need a car or a motorcycle to transport you to Barranquilla. The area is well connected with Bus in Indriver

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

The place is even nicer than in the photos, it's very comfortable, cool, spacious. It has all the comforts to enjoy the stay without inconvenience.

This apartment is a good value. nice safe apartment complex. lots of other residents with dogs, a few (friendly) stray cats around. you need to have a Rappi account to stay in this neighborhood. Maria was great, always responsive. she had the apartment cleaned once a week.

Luis’ listing is a great place to stay. I really appreciated how clean the apartment was upon arrival and the ample supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, water, coffee, and basic spices) that were provided. Luis was constantly in communication and making sure I had a good/safe stay. The neighborhood is very safe and has several great restaurants nearby. It’s about 25 minute walk from Gran Malecón if you want to get some exercise or what the sunset. Honestly, this is one of the nicest listings I’ve stayed in Colombia—no notes.
