The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our spacious and very sunny apartment with large garden invites you to relax a lot, especially in summer. If you want to spend a few days or your vacation near Lake Constance (and the super beautiful Salemer Schlosssee, 10 min walk), you've come to the right place! Renting out the apartment is relatively new to us. We offered it for rent for the first time in April 2023, are now starting the second season and hope that nice people will have fun here again!

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for many excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings . To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. The holiday apartment "Salem´s Treasure Manor" boasts a quiet location on the picturesque outskirts of Salem and creates a cozy and home-like setting for your getaway. The 125 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with "king-size" beds and 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub with toilet, 1x shower with toilet). Our apartment can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 people on request).
