Our spacious and very sunny apartment with large garden invites you to relax a lot, especially in summer. If you want to spend a few days or your vacation near Lake Constance (and the super beautiful Salemer Schlosssee, a 10-minute walk), you are in the right place! The apartment for rent is relatively new for us. We offered it for rent for the first time in April 2023, are now starting the third season and hope that nice people will have fun here again!

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

The modern and spacious apartment offers two guests with approx. 110 m² enough space to unwind, read a book, sit in the sun or simply switch off. With direct forest access, lake view and 5 min walk to the lake, the apartment offers pure relaxation. High, large windows bring plenty of daylight into the apartment, the south-facing terrace invites you to linger, the view of the lake, forest and garden brings peace and privacy.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
