The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. Experience pure relaxation in the "Rabennest-Gütl" in Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut, the imperial city and European Capital of Culture 2024. The property extends over 3 hectares (Not fenced) in a secluded location, surrounded by picturesque forest. Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

50 m from the lake shore is the "Sonnwirtstöckl", a converted, old cottage, oriented to the south and to the lake, located in a quiet and sunny location in St.Gilgen with public swimming area directly on site. The attic of this guest house has been expanded into a special, large 104m² apartment: open old exposed wooden construction, a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the porch, topped by a fantastic view to the lake and the mountains.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.
