This was a great apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Fantastic location - walking distance to everything. Nice, safe neighbourhood. Feels like a home. Lovely decor. The only thing others should be aware of is the noise. It is VERY noisy with traffic and pedestrians going by on the street, and music and noise from upstairs. Bring earplugs if you are concerned about noise. No laundry detergent so if you want to wash your clothes you will have to pick some up at the grocery store. Other than that, it's a really nice, comfortable place to stay. Nice towels, great kitchen, good water pressure in the shower. Lovely little courtyard outside. A few steps from the Cathedral. We would definitely recommend this apartment - great place to stay!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gauthier qui est un hôte disponible. Le logement est neuf, fonctionnel avec une agréable terrasse. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de Beaugency.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes entièrement satisfaits ! Le logement est d’un calme absolu, parfait pour se reposer. Se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux était un vrai bonheur. L’échange avec les hôtes a été très simple et agréable, tout était fluide. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants, et nous avons eu largement assez de place pour tous. Rien à redire, tout était parfaitement équipé. C’est même dommage d’avoir eu un programme si chargé : nous aurions adoré passer plus de temps sur place, à profiter du logement et du joli jardin. Une adresse à retenir !

Merci à Magaly pour sa location impeccable, propre et décorée avec gout. Appartement en centre ville, on pose la voiture et si la marche ne fait pas peur on se déplace tranquillement pour découvrir Lamotte Beuvron. Magaly est également une hôte agréable et disponible, nous avons eu de très bons échanges. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Logement qui correspond aux photos. Clotilde est très réactive et à l’écoute. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient sur place ! Des rideaux occultants pourraient être ajoutés en plus des volets qui laissent passer la lumière. Aussi, le logement en lui même est calme, hormis les voisins du dessus qui sont bruyants si vous êtes sensibles. Je recommande le logement pour quelques jours ou plus, on s’y sent bien !

Super maison, jolie, fonctionnelle. À deux familles de 4 nous avions amplement la place! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le terrain de pétanque. Geoffrey a été très disponible et réactif, il nous a donné plein de bons conseils. Seul bémol...nous avons manqué un peu de...soleil! Mais je crois que Geoffrey n'y est pour rien😉 Nous recommandons cette maison pour un agréable séjour dans cette splendide région!

Son logement est atypique, propre et fonctionnel. La petite terrasse sur le devant est bien exposé, ayant eu la chance d’avoir du soleil j’ai pu en profiter. J’ai passé une bonne semaine.
