An 80 m2 country house to welcome you with its 2 bedrooms (sheets and towels provided) with double bed on the ground floor. Relax in the living room with sofas, rocking chair, large screen... Fitted and equipped kitchen with a second TV. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cabin with 2 sinks. Garden, sun loungers, petanque court, terraces and barbecues, relax! Wi-Fi access for workers. Private courtyard, your cars are safe.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
