There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

This charming little cottage with exposed stones is in the heart of the Empié estate, designed as a hamlet. It is independent, not shared, with private terrace on the orchard side. In summer, the estate has picnic tables in the woods, a summer lounge, a petanque court, a laundry (available on request, €5/machine) The 8.75x3.75 m pool allows you to relax and cool off in peace. Everything is done to make you feel good, to disconnect from your daily life.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez une terrasse et un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

Not just for the beautiful environment in the Lot, but because we humans, live in this environment that we would want as healthy as possible to be well there.
