Little quiet authentic renovated gem in Morvan

Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Avallon, Saulieu, Vézelay, Semur en Auxois sont à une demi-heure. Les chemins de randonnée dont celui de Saint Jacques de Compostelle sont nombreux ainsi que les pistes de VTT. Il dispose d'un jardin ombragé et d'un parking privé. L'hôte habite la maison à côté.
