Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

My accommodation is close to the city center (all shops, restaurants, cinema...), beach 2 km away, family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the comfort and amenities. Suitable for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. The neighborhood is quiet. Cozy cottage with a hot tub

Charming peaceful cottage in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.

50 m2 house refurbished with its enclosed garden in the middle of Neuvic, ideal for 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shower, a king size bed for a good night's sleep and a sofa bed, possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Close to all shops, 10 min walk to Lac de la Triouzoune and its golf course, 15 min drive to the Dordogne Gorges and plenty of other beautiful sites to discover.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance.
