The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

My accommodation is close to the city center (all shops, restaurants, cinema...), beach 2 km away, family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the comfort and amenities. Suitable for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. The neighborhood is quiet. Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Apartment located in the city center of Ussel, very bright, quiet, with terrace. It is located on the first floor. Fully-equipped kitchen open to living room, including a clac-clac that can accommodate two beds. One bedroom with two large beds of 140*190. Bathroom with toilet and shower. At the gates of Millevaches National Park and many of the tourist sites (Sancy). All nearby shops.
