Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
