What can I say?! A little spot of paradise in the most beautiful part of France. We had 3 nights of relaxation after getting married in the south of France and this was just what we needed. Robert and Stephane were the best hosts; responsive and attentive but also gave us our privacy. The cottage was just beautiful, cosy and very well equipped. The garden and the pool were simply stunning. Don’t think photos can do this place justice, just go and see for yourselves! We’ll be back!

As a family of 7, Elizabeth and Steve's place was perfect. the barn is beautifully converted and well equipped - the linen and towels were spotless and the pool and furniture were really clean and almost like new. They couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, especially with the numerous questions we had during booking! Even when a small issue arose, Steve was round in lightning speed to sort things out.Daglan and the surrounding area of the Dordogne is beautiful with the chateaux's and medieval history whilst still having supermarkets and other shops a close drive away. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and beautiful terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was ok for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, wifi is a little tight for teleworking. I recommend it.

Peaceful and quiet, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Plenty of space for our family of four. Chloe kindly showed us around on arrival, and the kids loved the pool. A lovely stay overall!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is full of charm, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for cooking. Views from every window are stunning. The village is peaceful, and the house has two entrances (we used the one closer to the parking), which makes access easy. There’s a nearby car park, and another a few hundred meters downhill if needed. There’s a bakery in town — it’s easier to drive, but you can also walk there in under 30 minutes if you enjoy a morning hike (a good way to burn off some calories before hiking back up to the house!). If you're lucky, you might spot hot air balloons in the morning or evening. The bell tower rings every hour and will wake you at 7 am — but it adds to the charm! Sophie was very helpful and kind. It’s a magical place, peaceful and full of character. We’d love to return!

We spent 2 fabulous days, in a sublime location. It is a peaceful haven where everything is in place to unwind. Brigitte is welcoming and discreet. The pool is accessible without any restrictions. And what a joy to cool off...especially these last few days that were very hot. We will come back, because the region is large, we will rent again in this little paradise.

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

We really enjoyed staying at the beautiful gite and would always come back! The area is beautiful with tons to see and the pool is fantastic!

A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

House with lots of character, very well-equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Great place for a great relaxing time. Lots of picturesque villages to visit nearby. Thank you, and I look forward to returning.

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.

a 4-day weekend with friends we had a great time lots to visit the river is nice and Christine was very kind everything was there we plan to come back next summer to visit a little more and be able to recharge. Thank you again

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, plenty of comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning to late evening. The area is very peaceful and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. The communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly, and you get quick response to questions.

This was our fourth stay in the Perigord and we found our "dream home"! The house is cozy and very lovingly made and has everything we need, plus a beautiful garden with comfortable loungers and a great pool with a view. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, as you can also go for a nice walk directly from the house and it is only a few minutes' drive to the Céou, where you can swim wonderfully (with the dogs)...a big plus in the extreme heat. Pablo is super likeable and a fantastic host and we were very pleased with the attentions (wine and fresh salad/artichokes from his own garden). The restaurant Dôma nearby is definitely worth one (or more) visits, great atmosphere, very attentive and nice team and fantastic food! i think I've never rented such a clean place and what a pleasure! The house matches the description and even better than the photos. The kitchen equipment is top notch. We felt right at home and it's not easy! Quiet house but shops are 5 minutes away by car. We found the hot tub nice to spend the new year. Thanks to Pauline for his availability and hospitality. Relaxing and refreshing family stay. Do it again in summer for this time to take advantage of the swimming pool.

You couldn't wish for a better host than Arnaud! Proactively checking if everything is to their liking, or inquiring if help is needed. Through the app to respect your peace and privacy, but take the time for a conversation if you want. The accommodation is new and cozily furnished with attention to details. We felt right at home there! The thick walls keep heat out and you can have a good night's sleep in the lovely beds and good sound insulation. The location is conveniently located relative to the many attractions in the area. Much has already been written about it in the introduction of Arnoud and Elodie, but if you want to swim quietly, relax on the side and lie in the shade under the trees with a catering facility, go to Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson de Cadouin. The town of Monpazier is also well worth it! Normally supermarkets are miles away but in this place there is one 900 meters away. Arnoud, Elodie, thank you for the wonderful time!!
