A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Ma maison est l'ancienne grange en tuffeau de la boulangerie du village. Récemment rénovée, elle est située à 300 mètres du Château de la Belle au bois dormant et d'une supérette. La cour fermée permet de ranger les vélos en toute sécurité. En plus du lit double de la chambre, le salon est doté d'un canapé-lit, équipé d'un véritable matelas. Vous trouverez également un lecteur dvd/port usb ( pas de chaîne télé ) et des jeux de société.
