Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Basile

What a great spot - so peaceful. The house is enormous, inviting, and comfortable. It was just me staying there for one night so way more house than I needed, but it beat the heck out of a hotel for the night. Despite the odd knicks and scratches of an older home, the place is wonderfully clean and the bed I slept in was very comfy - ah the silence of the countryside with the window wide open.

Always a pleasure, we hope to stay for many more years to come.

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. Bel emplacement au bord du fleuve. Logement bien équipé. Grande salle à mangé avec une belle vue. Cuisine fonctionnelle. C’était idéal pour un bbq en regardant les bateaux passer. On recommande.

Un super séjour avec mes amis de filles depuis 40 ans! Une vue extraordinaire,un lieu calme et ressourçant, une maison magnifique, bien équipée et avec des lits et une literie super confortables, un spa, un sauna, quoi demander de mieux? Le soleil était en plus de la partie pour tout le week-end. Une petite visite à la Boulangerie Blouin pour déjeuner et chez Monna et filles pour dîner sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Fleuve. WoW! Il faut essayer leur Sangria au Cassis. Un pur délice!! Merci de nous avoir permis de vivre ces retrouvailles dans un aussi bel endroit!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Relais 217. Nous nous y sommes senti comme dans notre chalet! Ce chalet est vraiment chaleureux et décoré avec soin. Nous avons apprécié y apercevoir des chevreuils sur la terrasse et la nature autour est magnifique. Les lits sont confortables, tout est parfait! Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Absolutely loved our stay in Batiscan, QC! The host was fantastic—very welcoming and responsive. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Surrounded by nature, the setting was peaceful and stunning. The interior had a perfect rustic charm, thoughtfully designed with beautiful furniture and cozy touches throughout. Would highly recommend!

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Super hébergement, chaleureux et fonctionnel. Le logement n’est pas très grand, mais suffisamment pour un court séjour. Le foyer électrique est un must ! Le logement est très propre et facile d’accès. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme et à une dizaine de minutes de la vielle ville en voiture.

A l'extérieur pour les adeptes aquatiques tout y est. Terrasse avec foyer, etc...tel que montré sur les photos. Si vous cherchez le calme, le quai au bord du lac vous comblera; le logis est situé au coeur du village dont assez mouvementé et bruyant dans la journée (c'est la vie) mais vers 20:00 hres tout est plus calme; tout est central, tout se fait à pied, épicerie, etc... Vous n'aurez pas la vue du lac de l'intérieur, il faut sortir du logis et aller sur le terrain. Il n'y avait qu'une sortie du logis, pas de sortie d'urgence peut-être que les fenêtres adjacentes au trottoir en était une. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, les hôtes étaient très serviables et je le recommande à tous selon vos besoins, tout y est.

Great host and supportive

Accueil très chaleureux dans un environnement d'exception pour les amoureux de la nature. Beaucoup de petites attentions de la part de France qui rende le logement encore plus cocooning. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This was our second stay here while on a skiing trip to Stoneham, We loved the location to the ski hill. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and Chantale was easy to reach when we had questions,. Her place is well maintained and clean. We love all the hooks she has everywhere which is helpful for your ski attire to dry out. The storage for our skis was a bonus too, It was a great stay.

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

We loved our stay at Mario's place well-located in the quaint neighborhood of Limoulou. The home was charming, welcoming, and well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the private outdoor space and our daughters (6 and 9 years old) had a blast playing with all of the toys and games in the basement. The A/C in the two main bedrooms and living space were much appreciated. It was great to have a parking space and it was quick and convenient to drive to any of the main tourist attractions that Quebec City has to offer. All to say, we would definitely stay here again!

The house and setting were idyllic. We loved the history of the house and the beautiful way that it was restored to stay true to the unique details while still allowing for modern comforts and conveniences. The location of being set back from the main road, was very peaceful and quiet while still being close enough to the road to get to restaurants, stores, and the bakery in the town of St. Jean. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and gave excellent recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommend!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'endroit, l'emplacement était parfait. Une seule recommandation : soyez plus prudent avec le nettoyage, car on y retrouve de la poussière et des poils d'animaux. à part ça, c'est incroyable.

We were extremely satisfied with the stay and the responsiveness of our hosts Dave and Clara. The residence was exactly what our hosts had described. The open floor plan was wonderful, bedrooms were comfortable and everything we needed was accessible and supplied. They were open, honest and a great hosts. Our families had a super time at Dave & Clara's place. Thanks for your responsiveness and transparency in describing your place. We will definitely look you up upon a return trip. to Canada.

Très belle maison, grande et très bien aménagée. Récemment rénovée, la maison est très bien équipée, avec beaucoup de vaisselles et des instruments de cuisine trés variés. C'était parfait pour nos deux familles, avec des jeux et des livres pour occuper les enfants. Les hôtes nous ont beaucoup aidé, rapidement. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wow. Just wow. The property is beautiful and phenomenally kept. Not to mention stocked with any necessity you can think of. We experienced a weather delay arriving and our host kindly offered to extend our stay to make up for the lost stay. Throughout our stay, Martin and Line were extremely communicative and helpful. We stayed in the middle of two huge winter storms and the property offered a winter wonderland of beauty and tranquility. Thank you so much!
