The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

THE OLD BREAD OVEN

Alone, as a couple or even with 2 children, we will be happy to host you in this small cottage which was a former bread oven on the edge of the Dordogne towpath. It is in the style of our Purple Perigord with its bricous and old stones. In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple.
