Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Beaches are 1 hour away by car: Erdeven, Carnac, Guidel in the South; Binic and St Brieuc Bay in the North.

In the Côtes d'Armor, come and enjoy our house (sleeps 10) with its private indoor pool heated all year round. 6 km from Quintin (3rd Favorite French Village in 2022), 30 km from the sea, put down your suitcases and relax! You can also walk the many hiking loops that run through this area. For stays of at least 7 nights, the beds are made on arrival and bath linen is provided! (a deposit of €1,500 is required at check-in)

For rent, small quiet house between Plescop and Grand-Champ on a 1 hectare lot also including an 18th century mill. The Gulf of Morbihan is about 12 km away. The accommodation is equipped with a living room with kitchenette, a small bathroom with shower and upstairs a 18 m² bedroom. A TV is also available as well as linens and towels. Small dog accepted. The owner speaks Breton. Washing machine available if needed.
