This is a cozy, clean and safe beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Área Metro. Also has private parking with security cameras, high speed wifi internet, smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and local channels. The location is near to everything, just 9 minutes from the International Airport, 12 minutes from Isla Verde's Beach , 20 minutes from old San Juan and 15 min from Plaza Las Americas Mall. Bus stop (AMA) is less than one block away. Supermarket, gas station, atm are walking distance.

This apartment has everything a guest needs to enjoy their stay and tranquility to rest and enjoy San Juan City. Very centrally located just a few minutes from the airport and shops, supermarket and shopping center. Very easy access to go to El Yunque, La Placita, and the best beaches. This apartment has unique decoration, designed to satisfy every guest. It has beautiful natural lighting through the balcony with a view of the lake, among others.

Our only regret was not staying longer! Needed a place to rest & shower after enjoying the beach before our overnight flight. Roy accommodated last min. w/ no hesitation. The apts decor & cleanlines were excellent. Everything we needed was there just bring your clothes, food & spices if you plan on cooking. Pull in parking was a breeze. It had stovetop, microwave, fridge, utensils,dishes, pots, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels,toilet paper, paper towels, comfy bed & pillows, two ice cold ACs in both bedroom & living rm, dark-out shades in entire place, all the tv apps you'll need for downtime. We napped at 3p & felt like it was night time in the room. 8 min drive to SJU airport & close to everything. Don't forget to check out Hobie's beach. 10/10! As particular as I am, he did a great job w/ all the thoughtful comforts of home away from home!

Krystal was an amazing Host I felt safe, I had everything I needed her family was very welcoming and supportive 10/10. She communicated extremely well and promptly. I highly recommend this place.

The kitchen features a sleek countertop with a dual sink and a modern coffee maker. Upper cabinets are adorned with white doors, while a microwave is positioned above the counter. A knife block is visible next to the sink, complementing the minimalist design.

The bamboo house is just perfect. You can do many things around the area. It wasn’t far from airport, beaches, rivers, restaurants & etc. It was very private and its wasn’t a loud area. It was accommodated with AC to stay cool, Working washer and dryer, Some appliances for those that prefer to cook, Some games for entertainment. Everything was cleaned and well set up. Yohanna was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you for our souvenirs and trusting us as guest at your bamboo house. We will definitely be back.

Vanessa was the most gracious and kind host. She was helpful from before we arrived, to during our stay, and after we left. Her home was modern and spotlessly clean. She had suggestions on things to do during our stay, what to pack, where we could find things upon our arrival - in her home and around town. She went out of her way to make the space inviting for my children, which was an extremely kind gesture! She responded to all of my requests immediately upon receiving them. Her home was private, comfortable, and peaceful. We wanted for nothing during our stay as everything was made available to us. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. 10/10 recommend booking! We would happily return and book again!

Perfect just to have a place to crash--it has everything you need. The area was very quiet, safe, & right around the corner from a gas station. Host was very responsive & friendly! Would definitely recommend.
