We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opéra, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Numerous shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
