With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the castle and is located in the historic center of Weimar. The apartment has a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen. The bathroom with bathtub and the large sun terrace invite you to linger and relax. Numerous restaurants and catering options are in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

The Weinkontor: Located in a wonderful Art Nouveau villa, the Weinkontor apartment offers everything for a relaxing break: a spacious cooking area with a cooking island, a large sofa area, a freestanding bathtub, a cozy bed and a desk for those who still want to write a book. Behind the villa there is a wonderful garden with old trees. There will soon be an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a lounge to relax.

Relax on the sunny terrace of our stylish houseboat, enjoy homemade delicacies from the fully equipped kitchen and dream in two comfortable box spring beds. Two SUPs are waiting for you to explore the Geiseltalsee. The moored boat is the ideal starting point for adventure and relaxation – on the water and yet as comfortable as a small home.

Eagle's nest in Art Nouveau townhouse

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
