Best sushi in town, need a month's notice for reservations so we sometimes try to go early happy hour which starts at 4 pm. The sushi bar is first come first serve, so we’ve often found it’s easy to get in this way! Soto is a good sushi backup if you don’t get into Uchi and much easier to get a reservation.
